Went to get a picture on my phone printed. Daniel the employee there said I had to bring it on a USB or printed out on paper. Went home, came back with the picture printed, and then he asked if I had the picture on my phone, and then told me to just email it. Then he tried to rip me off with some 17x11 print and told me it would be $24. What a rip off. Then I told him to find something cheaper and pulled out what looked to be the same thing and said it was $4. Then he told me he wasnt gonna charge me for the "image enhancement" which was cropping some white off the top and bottom, which is usually $7.50, another huge effing rip off. You couldnt pay me to go back there. Easily the worst customer experience I have ever had.

The last two times I was here-I had a photo project to print. There was one employee Lucy, and a trainee. Just as I walked in, Lucy went on break and the trainee was left to help me. I knew more about the machine than he did. All he did was read the instructions that the copier was telling him to do and since he did t really understand what it meant-fiasco. When Lucy came back-she helped me get my job Printed but InThe mean time 5 other people came. It took 55 mins for something that should have taken 10. Lucy

Never go here for anything. Had a package sent here to pick up because I thought it would be convenient. They had one person on staff serving 10+ people. Finally gets to me the employee does not know the code to the pick up room. Manager is no where to be found. Waiting around for 30min for the manager to call back. Avoid at all cost. Just dont use fedex at all.

Nice place nice people the issue is they are understaffed but they are doing what they can... so if you need help you should expect to run into issues possibly.... this requires patience or you should consider going to westlake one because i dont believe that justifies negative review i come here alot and im always in and out really quick.

Very annoying experience. I called and was given instructions about e-mailing my pdf, came in to print it, only to be told I needed to put the pdf on a cd or thumbdrive. (Is this 2005?). The employees acted like comatose zombies. Please get it together, Thousand Oaks Kinkos. You used to be good.

I always save myself a headache and go to FedEx office first, I never experience a problem. I went in today and was compelled to write a positive review because I was provided excellent customer service by Sam. So, I wanted to give her a shout out- “job well done!”
