I too saw the negative comments and I felt that I needed to tell anyone whos reading this the truth. The service I receive is nothing short of exemplary every time I walk in the door. Ive been with the store for a little over two years and have never had any problems. I always receive my mail and my packages on time. And delicate packages I receive are always handled with care. I recommend this store 100%

The worst service I have received in a long time. I was told one thing and then had to follow up when it didnt happen. I was then then told that they were busy and if I wanted an email for a copy of an invoice I had already paid for, I would have to pay for it. What a joke! Stay away from this location, there are plenty more stores that will be helpful close by.

Im not one to write reviews for anyone... However I saw the negative remark and I felt the need to give them a honest review.. The staff Is very professional and always have my packages ready before I even get my pick-up slip out of my mailbox. Ive been working with this location for the past few years and can say only good things about them and their service.

I also had to post a review. Have been going to this location since it opened. Nothing but the BEST service. Yes, it sometimes gets busy in the end of the day dealing with driver pick-ups but it is a busy location and there sometimes might be a few minute wait BUT it is a ONE STOP LOCATION for all your shipping needs!
