Im all for supporting small businesses but my last visit there will be just that, my last. When you have a staff that attempts to make you feel as if you did something wrong is perhaps why it continues to be a small business. Customer Service was completely absent, had that not been the case I would have gladly continued to spend hundreds if not thousands of my hard earned cash during my lifetime and any future daughters lifetime considering I am a huge fan of dance. I will just have to spend my money at some other dance shop and will never send any of my fellow dance enthusiast to that shop. Unless that sales girl is replaced and they adopt some sort of customer service. I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed, I was looking forward to weekly shopping trips.

This place was a bit, overcrowded and stuffy. But, I found dancing shoes for my Tango classes so I was happy. The staff was ok. Maybe I came in at a busy time because the staff member spent a lot of time in the back. (Ordering supplies maybe?)
