Usually a good experience here. But tonight I walked in to check out a deal they had advertised on their window. It was 7:40pm. I asked for help to a section of a specific size. Only to be told by a guy that worked there "the shoes are over here. Btw we close in 5 minutes". Ive shopped here for years being that I had grew up just up the street. I know they close at 8pm. I told him I thought you guys closed at 8pm. He said we do. But we close the store at 745pm so we can close the registers. Correct me if Im wrong but if theres a customer in there before the posted closing hours youre suppose to allow them to shop. Not rush them out. Understand everyone wants to go home on time. But Im sure the guy that owns Mega Shoe Factory wouldnt be happy that his employee costed him a customer. If your employer tells you the store closes at 8pm. You allow customers to shop and possible purchase until 8pm. Ill take my business to WSS.
