This store owner is one of the rudest merhants lve ever seen Limited to shopping here ,since ( until recently) ,there.were no other options, this woman over several years has never once greeted me. offered her assistance or thanked me " after making a purchase. She seems to have a personal prejudice against other women- especially if you are older and perhaps still attractive. I am not the only one with this story as l witnessed the same treatment to another lady in her late 50s blond, very pretty and obviously "well to do" , attempt to get the merchants attention and simply get "ignored." A purchase was made with her high end credit card and l watched in horror this customer.sadly leave her store without as much as any eye contact or a "thank you" being made.

Such a great place! The owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Shes been so helpful with my dogs, cats, and even our little hamster. Her store is well stocked and shell special order things if she doesnt have them on hand. Shes a big supporter of local rescue groups and always has at least a few adoptable animals hanging out at the store . Its the only place I get my pet food. Sonomas very lucky to have her and her little shop.

I absolutely love this pet store every time I go when I feel like Im family. Karen the owner makes me feel like Ive just walked in to her house. Me and my son have been going to the pet store literally since he was born and every time we go in she says hi to my son and my son goes up and hugged her its such a great experience !!!

Best place to buy pet supplies. Knowledgable staff, friendly service, grooming, a self-wash station, and in shopping around I am always amazed at how competitive their prices are. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are also very helpful in finding homes for pets in need and work closely with rescue groups.

This is the perfect blend of small town kindness with quality product. Every time I frequent the store, Im greeted with a smile and conversation...even when theyre busy with others, the owner still finds time to talk. I had trouble with my cats aggression with foster kittens and she led me to a great product!

This is the best pet store I have been to! Prompt and courteous service, the owner always has recommendations for my pets when I ask questions, the store is clean and they only have adoptable pets- no animals for sale here! If you are looking for something they dont have they are willing to order the item!

Katie groomed my high-anxiety standard size labradoodle and did a GREAT job!! Very competitively priced, too. She gave me advice on his spring allergy issues, and new flea meds as his topical stuff is no longer working. Really wonderful find! Highly recommend - support local small business, people!

The owner and employees are always friendly when I come in. Very knowledgeable staff from fishes to horses. Helped my dog with his irritated skin by helping go thru and select the right dog for him. Super friendly pet store that could answer all your pets needs.
