So funny, I go there several times a year with my wife who is most defiantly a person of color, in fact she is very dark complected ,Pakistani and we are always treated very well. This little place is always packed with people , a little patients should be expected by their customers. Funny they say people of color where being treated rude and only white customers got respect. We have gone with our South Indian friends too and we all loved that little store. I find it hard to believe that in all the times we have been there and never once was treated with anything but respect , never witnessed anyone being treated badly, but have seen people being impatient with the staff there when they only have a couple people helping a small multitude of customers. That only some people of color are mistreated there? I think someone didnt get helped as quickly as they would have liked and made Race the issue here.

I take the family to the snow 3 to 4 times every winter, part of the trip is going to the general store, we look forward to it. Who ever reviewed this store as racist is a compleat idiot. I have been in this store with my wife Nosheen so many times and we have never been treated bad in fact the opposite. All races of people come to this store and I have never once seen anyone miss treated or made to feel unwelcome. There prices are very fair, we got all of our snow pants there. We like the hot chocolate and the deli . The atmosphere is always fun and freindly. Word to the race baiting poster, dont bring that crap to Northern Cal. We do very well at getting along up here. Looking forward to going up to the snow this weekend and we will stop at this store at least once if not comming and going.

The older white lady made us feel unwelcomed, she was acting in a rude way to the people with color in the store. She judged us by our race as if we were doing bad by being in the store. She was only nice to the white people in the store

A small local small town store that has just about everything. Essentially, a quick convenience store but sells clothing snowboards and other things you would need of you forgot something.

Theres not a lot in Soda Springs so this general store is the spot to go for supplies. They have a little bit of everything.
