VERY healthy pets, cheerful staff, always have what Im looking for or are willing to get it for me without obligation. Always had a recommendation of where to take pets for beak trims, spaying, etc. Parking is easy, no big lines. Ive bought 3 kittens, 1 rabbit and 4 parakeets there, all VERY healthy and those I bought years ago are still healthy. Its more convenient for me than the bigger places in town, and Im glad to patronize it. The negative reviews are very unreal--Ive shopped at this store for over a decade and can say theyre not true. Nasty competitors, Id bet. Probably a systematic practice by chain stores. . .Id hate to think other locals would stoop so low.

Never once have I had a problem with the animals that I get at this store. Every time my family would try at Petco the animal ended up with some disease. Never again will I advocate buying a pet anywhere else; the guineas, bunnies, rats, hamsters, etc, everything is handled, not like other chain pet stores. Also, if they lack something you want just tell them and they will get it. Before they didnt carry a food brand for my rats that I wanted and they now carry the line. They are always open to opinions and suggestions to make their store a better place!

I am giving one star because of the FISH I bought 3 fish and 1 came with a disease and another came with a anchor worm (a parasite). I have paid over 100 dollars to help the poor little fish I bought. My mom bought 5 glow fish and they came with ick ( a parasite). So far one has died. :( Plus the wont give returns on the fish. Never buying fish here again

I came here when a feral mama kitty gave birth to kittens and abandoned a few of its babies. These guys at the pet store gave me some good advice, carried kitten milk replacement and bottles (not cheap), and they said theyd take kittens at 6 weeks and find them homes. This location is not cheap, but theyre a local pet store, and we should probably support them.

I love this pet store and usually shop there instead of making the trek to one of the larger chain stores. The staff are excellent and very friendly. I am very rarely disappointed with the purchases I have made there. I have read some of the bad reviews and all I can say is...it seems to be under new management these days so give it another chance.

I would rather go here than any of the big box pet stores. The nice ladies have always had what I wanted. They even have live crickets in various sizes for lizard and snake owners! If we dont support local businesses, all we will have are the big box stores that I really dislike.

I think they may be a little more expensive than the pet "superstores" but I like to patronize local businesses. They have always been so friendly and helpful with all of our pets.
