Their meat deli and the bakery have it going on!! Brought a cake home and made tacos for Valentines day. I knew theyd have a nice cake for a reasonable price here. So friendly as well. Im African American, so union walking in, naturally I feel intimidated. But they are welcoming. My baby is mixed so to teach him Spanish, I have to try and speak it, I got a few funny looks from the customers while I struggled through various sentences while ordering my cake, but the cashier was patient and even spoke back in Spanish. After explaining why Im not speaking Spanish, because she clearly spoke English fluently, she smiled and told me that is good Im learning. She said thank you and have a good day IN SPANISH. I was relieved. Not a hint of racism. I did see other black people in here. Apart from security eyeing me a few times and even walked past my babys stroller to see if the "paid" sticker was on my pastries from the bakery, WE ARE GENUINELY WELCOMED HERE BLACK PEOPLE !! Come give them business, you wont regret.

Buen lugar para comida y productos Latinos. Pero en cuestion a algunos cajeros son muy groceros para atender, mas de varias veces hacen cobros de cosas que uno no lleva y despues se molestan porque uno les pide verificar y contestan muy de mal manera, pienso que la cajera de Nombre Angelica No deveria de trabajar como servicio al cliente... No tiene la capacidad de ser paciente y amable con los clientes. Los cajeros deven estar entrenados pa tratar a todos los clientes cordial y de la mejor manera.

Estan Robando sin que el cliente se de Cuenta. Acabo de conprar 5 libras de Frijoles por $6.99. Eso decia el sign pero en realidad la Nilda de frijoles solo traia 64 onz o sea 4 libras. Si no Te das Cuenta estas pagando 5 libras y solo Te llevas 4. Fijate bien en sus "" Especiales""

This store offers a wide selection of good with a restaurant, fresh made pastries and tortilla related items, and complete meat deli, international money transfer, Boost Moble and all of you regular grocery store items. They import chips like Cheetos and Doritos from Mexico, and sell Latin food related items. The food quality of the restaurant is delicious, not the best but definitely in that range, and the bread and pastries are tasty but a bit of an acquired taste. Staff here is helpful and you can find them in bright green shirs.

Why do I suddenly feel like the token white guy? The only real competitor to Las Montanas that I know in the Bay Area is Mi Pueblo, and I like them both equally... which means I love them both. Like any grocery, you have to keep an eye on the prices, but this is my go-to place for real Mexican groceries that I have a hard time finding anywhere else. Also, the deli is pretty good.

Authentic Mexican food, great produce, and super great panaderia. I love coming to this place because of all the great food selection. The staff is awesome, however brushing up on your Spanish wouldnt hurt before coming to this place. Overall if you want great cooked Mexican food, or are in need of great produce/meats, this is your place.

The young lady working the checkout stand was fantastic. I only speak a little bit of spanish, but she was super patient with me as I practiced. Two or three employees on the floor asked me if I needed any help finding things. It was a great shopping experience!
