Im giving 1 star for a particular employee. As for the store, I would give 3 stars for lack of management. I went there on a Saturday for oil change and brake service. Jeff helped us and he was very nice and helpful. Later on Jeff called and informed me that they dont have the premium brake available so I will need to make an appointment. I got there and this lady at cashier with short dark hair was unbelievably rude. She talked with me like Im an idiot. She wouldnt answer most of my questions, and if she did, she spoke in a contemptuous tone. I requested to make an appointment for premium brakes on next Thursday and she seemed pretty impatient. Here I was on this Thursday morning at the store, Pedro told my husband that they dont have the brakes for me and they need to order it. I was really upset and questioned Pedro that what is the point of me making an appointment? I need to apologize to Pedro because its not his fault and he was kind and patient. That lady clearly didnt make things right on top of the other frustrating conversions I had with her. I decided to go to another shop. Not sure if I will ever go back. If I do, I would definitely avoid dealing with that lady again.

Horrible experience today Like usual they didnt have my part so they had to order it and i had to pay for it there ((no big deal)) I come back the next day to the SAME cashier and theyre totally confused and say they have no records of me ordering anything... when they finally do find my part they try to charge me again for it...I didnt have my receipt on me beause they took down all my information and sent me a email saying my product was ready for pick up... so the employe tells me i have to either come back with the receipt or pay for the product again...I then go home empty handed.. I dont see why I have to pay for it twice or its not in any history system ... i understand i was wrong by not having the receipt but if i had lost it i would have been screwed ... either way I felt the manager did nothing to actually help me to solve my problem and shed much rather fight and argue with her unnecessary overly aggressive personality its vary unprofessional And I dont see a reason to return to this pep boys anytime soon

This review is for the service department. I will start off by saying CJ is very friendly and helpful and that is the only positive thing I have to say about their service department. The service manager on the other hand, Michael, shouldnt be in his position as he doesnt take his job or customer service seriously and is completely unprofessional. I filed a complaint with their corporate office today because I brought my car there on two separate days with appointments (14-1/2 hrs total) and literally nothing was done. He told me they were running diagnostic tests for free....like I should be thankful. When I asked him why he left yesterday without finishing my car (apparently he is the only one who can run these tests), his response to me was, "I had things to do." Its a constant run around and excuses about how busy they are. He even made a point of telling me the other locations I can take my vehicle to. I will NEVER go to them again as long as Michael is in charge.

This Pep Boys location have novice mechanics that are completely clueless. Purchased a battery from this location had numerous issues with the battery and incurred unnecessary auxiliary fees from these issues. Took the battery back twice, and each time they said the battery tested just fine. Went to dealer, dealer immediately told me it was the battery. Finally they switched out my battery that was under warranty. They acted like it was no big deal, without apology or any attempt to make it right. Not that I was asking for any more than what i payed for, but just to show some sort of remorse for the time and money expended due to their lack of knowledge of their own products.

I have gone to this Pep Boys on three separate occasions and each one has been great! The first time was to get 4 new tires and fix the shocks, the second was for a standard oil change, and the third because there was some loud clacking sound happening when I braked. Each time I received excellent customer service and the repair time was very quick and reasonably priced. I would recommend this Pep Boys to anyone. This place is wonderful!

I took my car in to get an oil change and for them to check the fluids. I got an overpriced oil change, and apparently they didnt add any coolant to my car. The engine overheated about three weeks later becuase there wasnt any coolant. Now I have to buy a new car because these idiots didnt put in the few bucks worth of coolant that I thought they were putting in. Thanks for nothing. Dont ever go to this place!!

Bad, Bad, Bad! I said three bads, which means it is really bad. First of all, its products and services are way more expensive than the others. Second, poor quality of services, no one talks to you unless you have been standing there for at least half hour. Last but not least, they will try their best to rip off your rebates. I learned it from a hard way, please just dont go to any Pepboys anymore.

Waited over 10 minutes for a cashier to come to the front. Employee just kept looking from the back of store and couldve paged someone, but did nothing. I couldve just walked out with the one item I wanted to buy. It was that empty at the front. I finally left without making my purchase. Worst service ever at any store Ive been to, not just Pepboys. Simply ridiculous.

The service department is terrible. This weekend I printed out their coupon and went to this store asking about my brake inspection. The guy in the service department never looked at me, and reluctantly answering my questions. I hold off on changing the brake pad because of his rudeness. How would I trust a guy who doesnt care about a customer.

I have been to this location on several occassions and I would have to disagree on the negative comments. The staff is very friendly and their prices are reasonable. They never hesitate to answer my questions truthfully and complete my work in a timely manner. I would recommend this Pep Boys to others.

Not happy, put on two new front tires,the next morning, one was flat,they said the valve extenders were the cause. Lost work time ,frustration and no offer of compensation. Not even a free oil change!!!! Done with them and so will every one I tell. Bad business. Pep boys, Temple city calo

I have been overcharged for the last time. Estimate on my brakes was over $700. Went to another mechanic, and was informed I did not need new rotors, and the rear brakes were fine. These did not even need replacement. Price at other mechanic $200. Dont go near this place.

I had my water pump fixed their, for my 2008 Chevy Impala about 10 months ago , and the water pump is starting to go out. Another mechanic told me , that pepboys used some cheap silicone, and did poor ass job.. And they charge a arm and a leg..
