I like going to this place large selection of fabric to choose from some of their wool fabric is a bit pricey but youll like the selection Salespeople know their stuff they go out of their way to help you find the right fabric for your sewing project needs. Sewing Notions they have a good selection just a tad pricey on their sewing Notions Store is clean and very well kept The downside if you have to use the restroom you might have to find another place to go. Because this Yardage Town doesnt allow their customers to use their restrooms I have been to most of the yardage Town stores and this is the only store in the franchise that dont allow you to use their restroom. parking lot is big plenty of Parking spot to choose from

In terms of inventory selection its one if the better options for large projects. Their customer service however, was sorely lacking. Im willing to write off part of it due to the fact that I arrived minutes before closing (everybody wants to go home at the end of shift) but if you work in retail, repeat customers are generated from a desire to return. The unwillingness to help find what I needed or at least point me in the right direction left a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry we customers are annoying you with our questions; maybe someone at your competitors store can help us out.

Horrible customer service! I came in twice, the first time every lady working was loudly complaining about their work politics as well as customers. When I asked the clerk a simple question, she sighed irritabley before giving me a short answer. They also do not clearly post their return policy. If they had, I wouldnt have driven all the way back to make a return only to be told by a clueless clerk that she couldnt help me, I would have to wait for someone else. They may have a decent inventory, but its not worth the headache. Ill stick with Joanns.

Was disappointed with the service at this location. I am new to sewing and needed to buy materials for class. One lady was not too happy to help us and would rather do something else than to help us find all the things that we needed and had no time to explain what they are for. They are not well stocked and the place is not as big as I thought. If you go to the one in National City it is bigger and are friendlier. Note: I did find a majority of the things I needed at our Walmart because they are well stocked.

Id rather give zero! My kids were not being the best, but I was trying to get them to stay with me while we grabbed fabric.... the employee was so rude along with the customer who said "that whats wrong with society today!" And made a slapping gesture. Just doing the best I can and was trying my hardest to get a handle on the situation.

Great selection, prices, and service! The ladies are super helpful and theyre also super friendly and willing to chat about whatever project you have. The selection and quality of fabrics beats out a lot of stuff at chain stores. The prices are very good too (dont forget your 20% card!).

Incredible selection of fabrics. I went looking for sewing supplies for my machine, and found everything I needed, and was helped by an associate on tips for my project. Im used to other fabric stores that have ever shrinking sewing departments, so this was a breath of fresh air.

Called them to see if they had leather, which I found they dont, but the lady on the phone was pretty rude. Wouldnt go here just because of that. I asked a simple question, if you cant be nice on the phone then why would I ever come into the store.

My wife is a fashion design student. She has received some great support from the folks that work here. They are familiar with the two fashion design schools in the area, so they are really able to provide the best information and product.

I love this store, can find really amazing gems. Yes, its a bit messy, but there is a lot of fabrics and the staff is trying their best to keep everything organized. They work very hard providing us with wonderful fabrics.
