Ive been buying smokes from this store for about a year, today went in and asked for 3 packs as usual and the new clerk Marco didnt deduct the three pack special price, which is $2.70 off the total, I had already handed him the money and he gave me back a dollar something change instead of almost $5. When I told him about it he replied thats its too late (remember HE forgot to give me the discount) and that he couldnt return tobacco products. I pointed out I havent even touched the product yet and he just ignored me, I asked for the manager and he says he wasnt here so I asked for the phone number and called him. Manager was pissed and said hed call him right away and he did, dumb ass clerk didnt answer the phone. Manager called back and I pointed out it was his manager so he answered the phone, sounded like a good ass chewing he was getting but he only ended up giving me $3 back, not the $4.70 I should have got. Man where do they get these dumb ass clerks from? Been there many times with no problem till now, all I buy is smokes, but to have to deal with nasty behavior from a new clerk, lying to my face on top of it, I aint going back, except to see the manager and demand the rest of my money.

Its a 7-11. The staff at this location is very nice. They deal with the homeless and drunks with grace and a knowing smile.
