Store #107 Cashier: Kimberlyn L Date 05.24.10 Time: 18:45 I was very surprised by the condition of the store, never have I seen it so dis-organized, then over the intercom someone requested a basket to Dairy-female, then a response came over by a male, that box people were to stay up front, then female again responded when "someone" has time I need a basket/cart to Dairy. During my check out was the actual reason I am writing you have the cashier, two box people talking, about other employees, the cashier was rude, never looking up, I just found all of this to be odd I have never encountered it before, I then left noticing that the parking lot was full of baskets, not just a few but they were in parking slots every where... I called this morning to speak to the manager Larry S, to be left on hold for 4 minutes...

Refused not couldnt, refused to take my payment because I was using Google wallet on my tablet. They said there were security issues doing it that way even though I use it all the time at my local stater bros. What is the likely hood some one would steal my tablet and know my pin number and how is that any different than if some one stole my debit card and knew my pin number? So now my wife has to get groceries when she gets off work late tonight because she has the card and kids are going to have to have a very late dinner. I hate it when big companies dont keep ups with technology especially when its because of their own ignorance.

Just left this store an "assit mgr" bringing a pallet of food thru the idle . I had to back up so he could get by. I dont understand why they cant do this at night. The employees are always making me move or step in front of me while shopping. They really think they are the lowest price around??? Think again,Winco and Walmart beat them good. Aldi too but limited on items. I am going back to Walmart for my groceries.

Went shopping, paid for my items, I asked to take some paper bags which I was told I that I could and as I left the store I was chased down in the parking lot like a thief by another employee. The bags I asked for were taken from me, it was very rude and disrespectful, unappreciated and very embarrassing. Making me look like a criminal as I left the store. I will NOT shop at a place that humiliates their customers!

Neighborhood isnt as nice as it was years ago but this location has managed to stay clean & relatively safe despite its surroundings. Friendly employees treat their customers with respect & are happy to assist with any reasonable shopping needs.

Got a piece of meat from counter and it had green stuff all over it and had a rotten smell to it ! Yikes. And to top if off the butchers there and rude as hell. Be thankful you have a damn job !!! Wont be going to this staters anymore.

The products are great but expensive although after those discounts. But the employees are hard to approach. They greet you just because they have to..not even making eye contact. Poor customer service Id say..

Great selection of produce meat and deli. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. If they see two lines getting long they make sure to open more and get you out and about your day. Love this Staters
