My daughters Samsung Grand Prime was less than a month old so I was told I needed to go to a corporate Metro store to get it replaced but the closest one was 1 hr 15 min.which was more like 2 hrs by the time I found this location. Get there long story short, they didnt have in Stock and had to order but they needed me to drive back there to get it. I had the damaged phone with me then where they also looked at it. Told them I work in Chico M-F and dont get off in time to get to Roseville before they close at 5pm. I would come the next weekend because these idiots wouldnt send it to me. My friend takes my daughter the next weekend they wouldnt give the phone because she forgot the damaged one which I could send back to them overnight. These ass holes want me to,come down yet another day to get it. Well let me tell you come Mon morning they are going to hear from me. Oh then they want to charge 15 dollars when its not supposed to cost anything cause its under warranty! ! This store SUCKS and I dont recommend them to anyone...

Metro PCS in Roseville has horrible customer service. My wife and I bought a more expensive phone because a sales rep promised we could hook it up to a computer and use it as a modem (like some other wireless phones can). The sales rep had the same phone and said that he uses it that way. Well, we thought wed save money in the long run by having a more expensive phone and service, but no internet bills. It turns out that Metro PCS doesnt support that function, despite what the sales rep promised. I called to see if I could switch to a lower cost phone, but just got an answering machine. I left a polite message, which took a week for them to respond to. When they did respond, the sales rep said he never said that, even though we had a 30 minute conversation about how to do it. They refused to let us switch phones and were very rude, saying that I wasnt telling the truth. In short, pick a service with better customer support, because youll eventually need it, and Metro PCS doesnt care.

I stay with Metro because theyre cheap. But dont trust their "free phones for everyone" shtick. For existing customers, to get your "free phone" you have to go in and pay full price plus an upgrade fee...but you get a mail in rebate for $60.00. Which actually doesnt give you a free phone. It gives you a discount though...depending on your choice of phone and upgrade fee.

Telephone Customer Support referred me to this store and said it was open. Web page said it was open. I get there and it is closed. This company has the worst customer service. What a bunch of imbeciles working for this company!

The quickest way to turn away customers is by putting them into a phone loop where they cannot ask a simple question to a live person, instead they slam the phone down and refuse to support a business that is so unfriendly to users.

horrible store been i four times they just do not know what they are doing...say they do not have a plan..then you show them the plan on a poster in the window ten feet away.
