The staff is dismissive and rude if they dont deem a customer to meet their preconceived notion of who should be browsing in the shop. On two occassions, one with my daughter and I and a second involving my daughter and a girlfriend, the clear message was that we didnt seem to live in gated communities and would be better served at lower price points and or at other stores. We will never again step foot in this shop and will encourage friends to do likewise. Outrageous and elitist.

Button Up is a beautiful boutique with excellent customer service-they were so helpful and not stuffy or pretentious at all. If youre in need of someone with an amazing eye for fashion and what looks great with your body type, ask for Sharna, shes your gal. I pretty much dont pick out my outfits anymore, I let her do it, and Im never disappointed!

The staff is friendly and very helpful during the time of high school Winter Ball and Prom. If the dress is not available they have another location in El Dorado Hills that will have what you are looking for.
