Received an email from Sprint regarding this "IPhone Forever" deal where it advertised a 5 dollar/month contract for a new Iphone 6 or 6s, I forget which one, upon trading in your current Iphone. Went into the store, the employee had basically no clue what was going on. First I had to convince him the email was legitimate. Second, the employee began to look at my phone for imperfections (totally normal). Asking me if it was OK, which I said it was, he popped off my screen protector. Great! No damage. Lets get me signed up! NOPE. I dont know what it was about this deal, but this dude made it so difficult for me. He kept insisting/trying/persisting I sign up for another deal (ONLY 15 dollars a month!) thats right! 3 times more! After I made it clear over and over again that I wanted the email promotion, he would not stop trying to dissuade me from signing up for the more expensive option. When I made it clear his persistence was making me uncomfortable, he finally gave in. He went to the back, to surprisingly tell me "we have none in stock of any color." Okay, what about in the area? He responds "there are none in Santa Rosa." Okay, can you order me one? "Sorry, I cant. If you want I can sign you up for the 15 dollars/month?" I left, but not until he promised to give me a call after taking my number as soon as he gets on in stock. Being stubborn, I drove maybe 5 or 6 miles to another Sprint store the same day, and they were fully stocked with what I wanted. And its been maybe a month, and this guy still hasnt called me. Bad service, and who pops off a screen protector without even knowing what you have in inventory. Incredibly unprofessional.
