I went Im 3 weeks ago and put 100 dollar deposit and the guy said give me a WEEK. Now its been 3 weeks when I wrote him This week and he said Sunday today. Today power is out but at this point I feel like im being brushed off. I asked for refund and told me non refundable, so people please be aware of this guy*((( rowdy)** really disappointed

It was the worst experience...the price are way to high and they ask for a deposit which I wasnt expecting...appointment only...unexpectedly the guy refused to add what I wanted...Am the paying customer and its my body I should tattoo what ever I want even if it does not make sense to them...

My first impression was the shops decor is real nice. I liked how I was greeted right away. The shop was nice, clean and professional. I bought my dermal and the price included having it changed. Johnny changed my dermal, he was very nice. I will definitely be going back to House of Pain!

Went to other places In search of a belly button piercing but nothing is compare to this one...very perfessional, clean, friendly, bilingual and prices are decent.I felt very confident and didnt hurt much. Also gave me advice about my piercing. I love this place.

Came in to try and get some earings and one of the guys was nice but the other guy maybe the owner of the shop was a little passive aggressive not pleasant experience felt like he thought I was up too no good never coming back
