I support CVS because my grandmother worked for the company for over 30 years and because its extremely close to my house. However, this particular location is HORRIBLE! There are never enough staff up front. The lines are always ridiculously long, even in the early mornings. There staff take there sweet time coming up front to help cashier. When you ask questions, its rare they have an answer other than "I dont know" or "Im not sure". They can never give cash back in the morning due to "low funds" and their money gram money order machine is never working. Little things that make huge inconveniences for their customers. I would rather deal with Walmart than go to this store. Thats saying something.

This is only for the pharmacy department at the CVS. I think the pharmacy techs over all lack sympathy or empathy..its very frustrating to have to wait over 2 weeks for my medication. Now Im no scientist or pharmacist but I can tell time..if there is 30 minutes until closing dont demand that yiur customer comes back the next day. Its not convenient especially since its not my first go around with the CVS pharmacy: going in to see if my rx was ready, also calling,pushing, and proding them to call the insurance for authorization. So to wrap up this review Im moving my rx to another pharmacy because CVS pharmacy is awful!!

I worked as a security guard here, there are two mangers there that are really rude, one goes by robert and the other steven, both are incredibly obnoxious and I was even verbally harassed by them for no reason at all, its also recorded on camera. Also there is a lot of theft that goes on there and personally from my expereince I believe the working staff are part of it. I think that place needs to be cleaned up, if it was me I would replace all the staff ^_^

Give the cashiers a little credit. Working long hours for a pharmacy that is 24hrs can be tiresome. Simply put, they scan the items and ask for payment. What more do people expect? I have not experienced rude customer service, just people who don’t care as much as we would like. I live down the street, and convenient to pick up last minute items. Only downfall is that most of the time the cashier works along which makes the expediting take longer.

Pharmacy Techs are great! They are very polite and friendly everytime I go in. They all pretty much know me by name because Im a regular and they dont make me feel uncomfortable about that. I feel for them because they are usually so busy that it seems like theyd do them a favor by hiring some more help. But overall ALL the cashiers/pharmacy employees are doing a great job and Id recommend this CVS to my family and friends. Thx

The pharmacy people were very rude. We had specifically asked for a certain medicine, because this was the third time the same person had given the wrong medicine, but the lady did it again. When we tried to explain the mistake after and try to get the correct medicine, the lady insisted that it was our fault because we hadnt checked the medicine as soon as we recieved it. WE ARE NEVER COMING BACK.

I go to this store often, especially convenient in the middle of the night when I need cookies or toilet paper! Only thing open 24 hours in the area except ampm which just doesnt cut it usually. Gets busy during he evening like 3- 7 but they usually can manage the line just fine.

Not a whole lot of service, because the manpower they do have is behind the counter, but its small so a little search is all you may need. A clean place and has almost everything on a moment type of need, The pharmacy is a joke, which needs retooling

Always had good experiences here. Only complaint would be occasionally theres a line that backs up because there arent always enough cashiers available at the front, but the convenience, selection, and friendliness of everyone makes up for it.

I like the 2 redbox kiosks, the chocolates, the ATM machine and definitely the cheerful and polite Pharmacy staff! Parking is never a problem and location is very good too (along the way to Costco).

Morning manager is very cheerful and helpful. I think his name is Alvin. Just happened to be in this area. Mom needed the toilet and we ended leaving with a box of dish washing soap on sales. Lilian

Its open 24/7. Clean and well organized. Staff greets you and makes you feel welcome. Price can be on the retail end of the spectrum but thats the norm.
