Can you think of any other pharmacy that completely shuts down in the middle of the day, precisely when a lot of customers are on their lunch breaks and would like to be able to pick up their prescriptions? I cant. But such is how this CVS pharmacy conceives of customer service.

They still shut down in the middle of the day or at least dont answer their phones! Ridiculous! I am moving my perscriptions to Express Scripts to be delivered to my door. cheaper and no worse customer service!
