I went in with my son, neither of know alot about electrical issues but i had written down what i needed and had a photo of the part i was looking for. The man who "helped" me was the grumpiest, most un-helpful person i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I went to another electrical supply store down the street who went over the top to help me.
