We saw a sign saying "wine tasting" outside so we randomly decided to go inside. The area is pretty small but still airy and clean. They had free butter and bread as well for you to munch on. We had 4 different types of wine that they gave us. I personally felt like 2 of the wines were .... extremely light... almost tasted like they were watered down, but it was okay. I only liked 1 wine out of the four that they gave that particular day. They were extremely generous with the pours which made our whole group pretty happy. (:

This is the perfect place to grab a drink with a friend or go on a date and actually be able to have a conversation. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. I sat outside on their patio and enjoyed lovely live music that wasnt too loud and it was wonderful. Did not get eaten up by mosquitos either. I went on a Friday night around 9pm and it was not too crowded. The only thing that bothered me (and the reason we chose to sit outside) was the smell of cheese inside.

Nobody knows their wines like the people at Everson Royce. They have every wine imaginable for sale and they do wine tastings to boot! It gets a little loud and packed on Friday for tastings, but it seems Saturday tastings are a little more relaxed. This is now my husbands favorite wine store and place to stop off for a tasting before dinner on date night.

Love going to Tuesday night tastings here--always a new set. Great selection of bottles in the store side as well, including spirits. The staff are quite knowledgable so you dont have to pick based purely on the coolest label.
