I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. The lady sold me the wrong jewelry, its suppose to be earring jewelry and it was a lip peiricing. I called back an hour later to let them know and the man that works here picked up the phone and told me to call back in an hour because shes on her lunch break, he also hung up in my face multiple times when I tried to ask him a question. Dont waste your money here!

Please dont go there the Asian gentelman is rude and racist. I walked into store he blocked me and said we dont have cheap stuff. I was on my work dress and I am a senior project manager for medical device company so .... my skin color was not pleasant to him. I dont want follow up with his violation with city of Oakland business ethics however I cant stop to not express myself here .
