The prices are fantastic, their tools arent always the best around but theyre decent. I would avoid the welding equipment and never bet my life on any of their stuff but if you need an angle grinder for the odd job once in a while or some cheap wrenches, its hard to be upset with the price you paid. Overall, I would definitely consider this place when buying any tool.

Item was on sale, tag on the shelf was correct, computer rang up full price. They did a price check, and the guy said it was the wrong item on sale! Cashier tries to tell me Im wrong, a second employee goes to verify, confirms the sale price and item and says first employee was wrong. No apology from cashier, not even a thank you as I made my purchase!

Great selection on tools but if youre looking for quality, Id choose a different manufacturer (Bluepoint, Snap-on, Craftsman, etc). Furthermore, I dont think they carry a lifetime warranty. However, the staff is very informative and helpful.

Long-haired female cashier is rude! Forces me to listen to her spiel but when I ask a question she talks right over me as if shes totally uninterested in what I have to ask or say. Love the store, love the tools, but cashier sucks!

I asked were some replacement blades were the guy didnt know went around the store and said we dont carry them so I went to the power tools and there they were the blades so I showed him were they were other than that good store

Long lines to the back of the store. Manager said an employee was on break. The manager should have opened his own register, but no, he wants to sit on his but.

Cant beat the cheapos, period. Funny enough I bought a grinder from here 6 years ago on sale for 8 bucks , and it outlived my $150 piece

They had a basic drill for a great price. Look for the coupons. I saw some items were free. Wished Id had a coupon!!
