Okay donuts, not very fresh in my opinion or maybe just over baked because they were dry. The customer service was horrible though!!! I was trying to pay while the other person was putting my donuts in a box and the women told me to move aside because she needed to help the person behind me. (She knew him) I politely waited. My donuts then were sat beside her and again I was ready to pay with card in hand for the second time and as I stepped up to pay she helped two more people that she knew before shed let me pay and they had walked in while I was still waiting. Never go here again. Very rude! Terrible service! And the donuts werent even that great.

Horrible customer service!!! They illegally charge credit card free! Statute: Cal. Civ. Code § 1748.1(a) (West) I asked them about it and even offered to show them the law. Didnt matter... They said oh well.
