I came to these men looking to buy the mazda 3 they had for sale. Myself, my girlfriend and 2 small children. I explained that I have been riding the bus for 3 years and finally saved enough to buy a car. That I did not know too much about cars and to please be honest with me. Needless to say, even after telling me theyd never do bad buainess with a muslim sister...they did. The same night I bought the car the check engine turned on, the right headlight went out, the trunk would not open. By the following morning I was at my mosk to take classes and the entire car started shaking. I took it directly to pep boys and an older mechanic came out n sat in the car. He was very mad and told me return this car if at all possible. He explained to me what is a lemon and the laws protecting consumers from this. I called Balout and left a message but got no reply, even they said theyd be available anytime just call if something wrong. Monday morning the car would barely start and it accelerated very badly without my pressing the gas when i tried to turn out of my neighborhood. I called Balout when they opened and told them to come take the car. That itsnot safe and Im not driving in the rain on the highway with it. Ali came and made comment as to savimg ME money in towing by coming. I told him I have till 7pm to cancel this contract and told him all that happened with the car. He then told me Id be charged for canceling. He then asked me to store one of his cars in my work parking lot for the day. Lol. Sure Ali. The next mornings he dropped off my money to me minus $250, $50 full tank of gas, the $100 it cost me to get out to his shop, the lost money on car insurance and so on. These guys need to know that their license to sell cars is in jepordy. Selling lemons, clearing check engine lights to sell vehicles...is illegal. And for it to have turned on so quickly, they for sure cleared it themselves. Buyers beware. These guys are a rip off and the very essence of greasy salesmen. And if they do take the time to read this...I pray that tje mo ey you took fromme was worth the damage to ur buainess, license to sell and reputation. You walah? Lol. I walah and pray the day you are answerable for your actions.

Wouldnt ever buy another car from this place again. For starters when I first bought the car, I was able to only put $900 down & my payments would be $255 a month. That was the about the only pro of this situation! However, about 3 days after I bought the car & signed all of the necessary contracts, they told me that I hadnt made enough for the whole year since I was out for maternity leave for a while and that I would need a Co signer. At this point I was a bit irritated but I said no problem. I took my boyfriend back up there with me the next day to sign a new contract thinking that he would be the Co signer, but being naive at the time, we didnt realize what they were doing. When we got home and read the paperwork, it turns out that they had made him not only the primary owner of MY car but the ONLY owner. He was only supposed to be a Co signer!! Long story short, these people are very sneaky! I called them and told them about themselves and they asked me to come back in to revise the contract to add my name back to it & when I did, there was one more document me and my bf needed to sign & they told me that if I wanted to, I could sign his name as well!! Yes! They asked me to commit forgery! That was the icing on the cake.. not to mention that the car had transmission problems that took them almost 2 weeks to fix themselves, because they dont really have their own company mechanic! They looked up the code on Google & then you tubed how to fix the problem! The only reason theyre getting 1 star is because they did give me a temporary car to use in between getting my car repaired.. but this place is a joke! STAY FAR AWAY! Theres so many other issues I had with them but not enough words to express my disgust.

Michael and his support team has been positive in their responsies to all my comments complaints. Repairing even after the warrantee has expired. Their courtesy and their car knowledge has assisted me in choosing the right car for a special purpose. Should I need / want an other car I will again go to Balout. Thanks guys Ramon.

Dont buy no vehicle from here they sell you junk cars i purchase a Nissan murano. The transmission is out and it havent been a year with the car so by saying that. Ive been having trouble with other minor stuff with the vehicle already took it to a mechanic they say sell ASAP to expensive to fix meaning i pay for crap car.

Grate cars got a G35 04 for less than 10k. No problem getting aproved. Gona get a nothere car with them.
