After reading their Yelp reviews I was skeptical of this place. But I figured, that their Yelp reviews dont mention anything about bad cars, and frankly, if the cars OK, Im only doing business with these guys for a few hours, and Im outta there, so reviews about their attitude didnt really faze me. So heres my experience; I was in the market for a pre-owned Honda or Toyota. I had been searching through Craigslist and Autotrader, and had made calls finding cars I was interested in. On my list of 6 cars, 3 of them were from Auto Planet! I figured out of the 3, Id like at least one. So I went in there, and was greeted very kindly. They were very friendly people, with pressure-free attitudes (which I appreciate a lot). After seeing the cars, I was stuck choosing between 2 of them! And heres why they earned my business; instead of pressuring me to pick one, Todd, who apprently is the main Dealer, suggested that I should take time to think about which one would better suit me. The next day, I called them back and wanted to go see the cars one more time, and make my decision. It was between a 2 door Honda civic, and a 4 door Honda Accord, priced similarly. Again, Todd gave me the keys and left me alone with my two choices to figure it out. I ended up going with the Accord, and I couldnt have been happier. Its been great to me thus far. Ive never had such an easy-going experience at a dealership before. After reading their reviews on the internet, these guys deserve much better than what the reviews show. They really go out of their way to make sure your comfortable with the vehicle, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase a car. If youre really into reviews, which I recently have become, take mine into consideration, and give them a shot. Itll be worth it.

I was here because I had seen one of their ads on the internet for a car. These guys carry plenty of hondas and toyotas which was what I was looking for. They had the Carfax report for all the cars. They seemed trustworthy enough to purchase the car from. I had the car inspected before purchasing, and my mechanic told me it had minor problems (dirty air filter, spark plug wires needed changing, which cost me in total $75). Ive had the car for about 6 months now and cant be any more satisfied. I felt like I got a good deal for the car, and so far, cant complain! Todds the head guy over there, very nice, and tries to accomodate to your needs. He stressed how he was pressure-free because he didnt like to be pressured himself, and he actually was. I thought hed eventually try to use some selling tactics, but not once did he tell me "i looked great in the car". Anyway, hes built my trust, Thanks Auto Planet.

Have a mechanic check any vehicle from here before you buy it, because they havent. And never take your vehicle to their mechanics in azusa
