I used to come to this shop for my E-Cig batteries and liquids but that all changed after this morning.. I purchased a new ecig battery yesterday because the last one I had burned out, So bought a new one from this shop yesterday. I go in today because the battery is defective and I am told that its not their fault and basically I can buy a new one. It was brand new! still looks brand new because I cant even use it, and they told me they wont help me, even at the cost of losing a customer. Shady business too...Prices are made up on the fly. I highly Recommend you go anywhere else but here. In a small town like Lincoln, Customer Service is key, and these guys dont have it.

Bought a pro tank 2 that Ive had many problems with and it turns out it is counterfeit. Watch out im sure all there e-cig parts are fake.

this store needs a name besides cigarettes slash smoke shop
