Good Will has changed. It used to be a place were they trained disabled folks how to fix things. That program is over. They used to provide the public a good value on used items. You can find better things on Ebay for less without scratches and damage. There philosophy now is that the public is supposed to support them. They have built up there corporation and not considered their customers and "GOODWILL". They now have people looking up things to find out what they are selling for so they can sell used items at market price and to get the most money out of the public. Some of the time there items are priced lower than Ebay but you run the risk of it not working. They do not offer cash back but only store credit on electronic items and for more worthless junk. Most of the good stuff is pulled out and sold on there corporate web site. In the last few years the prices have gone up on everything in the store. It is rare to fine items tagged 99cents. They must be pulling other business out of business since all the inventory is donated by nice people thinking they are helping the public.

This store is dirty and crammed with clothing racks. If there is a fire or any other disaster, many people will get injured as there are large shopping carts trying to get between the extremely narrow rows of racks. The racks are so crammed with clothing that you can not separate the items to see each what anything looks like. I have suggested special sales to give the stores extra income and to make room so that each item can be seen, but this suggestion has fallen on deaf ears. Most items are worn out, dirty and have major flaws such as holes in them or stains that will probably not come out. The bathrooms are too filthy to be used most of the time. Most of the signs are in Spanish and many of us still speak English only. But the worst thing is that someone will probably be injured because of the difficulty getting around the stores because of the major fire hazard it creates.

Very overpriced. May items do not have sticker prices so when you do ask for a price you get the "you must really like it surcharge". The color tag items of the day (that are at a small discount) are usually picked over, and just not worth the time to search for. Books are overpriced, the toys are always missing pieces, and the clothes are usually very used. You can sometimes find some great deals on the Jeans as there are so many that you are able to find ones that are discounted. I keep stopping by but almost always disappointed with the selection, price, and atmosphere.

This goodwill tried to charge me $7.99 for a frame that had some cracks in it. The goodwill is supposed to be inexpensive as they have used items which are usually pretty old. When I asked if I could get a price reduction due to the cracks the employee said once the prices are put on the item, they are set; I find this near impossible to believe. I am outraged that a goodwill would charge so much for a frame when the store is supposed to be one where poor familes and individuals can go for necessary items. I am disappointed.

Great store but you have to go early in the morning or else everything is all over the place. Its a real mess by closing time - I dont envy the people who clean it all up every day. But I got some really good bargains - 4 dresses, 2 shirts, 2 jeans and a tool box for under 30 bucks! I also like the way they organize their stuff.. some other thrift stores are really unorganized and its really hard to find anything - these guys have a good system!

This Goodwill has a large selection of good quality items, the clothes are organized well and its easy to find whatever youre looking for. The prices are good especially for the items that are high end brand names. Next door is Keepers much smaller with the better items for a higher price, its worth it if you dont want to spend a lot of time looking for the brand name or wait for it to go next door for less money.

I come here because its the only goodwill within a reasonable distance but its still overpriced. There are two sections, the regular goodwill and then "Keepers" next door. However if you go to the keepers side the cashiers sometimes act snooty like its a high end boutique instead of a Goodwill extension. The setup for both stores is very organized but its not worth the price jack up.

Minimal selection compaired to goodwills elsewhere (Seattle, Portland OR, New Mexico, etc. ) likely all the good reviews come frome folks in California. It does not bode well for the rest of the thrift stores I was looking at. Thrift shopper gave this a three out of five. I think they were being nice. Great for glass ware and clothes, minimal on anything else.

This store has a great variety of stuff at very, very low prices. Sometimes I cant believe how low, especially compared to other thrift stores in the area. The selection changes very often so theres always new treasures to be found. Recently got $200 Florsheim Imperial dress shoes in great condition for 9.99. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was VERY impressed with this Goodwill! So many great options and variety. My husband was pleasantly surprised to find a whole rack of bicycle jerseys (usually hard to find any). There were two aisles of purses. I could spend hours at this store. Many great treasures. Definitely a new favorite!

I liked the availability of certain brands I like, the mall being across the FWY makes easy pickings, but they know their products well & charge for it. There is a "Keepers" sister store next door down and they have the best stuff, but not cheap, come on, Its goodwill!

A bunch of jerks wont take furniture just because its scratched. What a joke wouldnt help unload car I am sick of there uptight jackass attitude when your trying to donate good stuff. The things in the store are moth eaten and damaged goods yet theyll sell them.

I donate all my old clothes, furnitue and household items to Goodwill. They make it very easy to just drive up and drop off, you dont even have to get out of your car. Your old things could go a long way in helping someone who needs a hard.

For profit company . I tell people to donate stuff to anyone else but goodwill. They charge people near or over retail prices on stuff they get for free. No one I have ever spoken to has ever known anyone helped by goodwill.

Its okay, some of the employees are rude, they do charge to much though, i even heard employes say, "that costs more here then it did at Target" all in all,not that great
