How has this place maintained their franchise status? Does no one from corporate read reviews or listen to customer complaints? I ordered cake batter with cookie dough and being cold stone lover and having the same order for nearly a decade, I think I know what it should be. They took the cookie dough disk and cut it in half and then told me if I want the other half, it will be counted as another mix-in...WHAT?!? I just shook my head in disgust and walked away. I remember this place being horrible 4 years ago and vowed to never go back but we happened to be in the shopping complex and I hoped it would be better. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Absolutely horrible owners who are only there to maximize profits and create a horrible customer experience.

Not sure where the "small serving sizes" come from because every time i go it is taller than the cup and at times they put it in the next size cup. I usually get the old Asian lady who is nice and sweet. They have a 10$ min on CCs and she just said to ignore it. I will say this - Yes they could add more mix ins but my only issue i have is they do a poor job of mixing everything. Ill just get ice cream then out of no where a brownie chunk. Wish they were mixed better. Price wise Cold Stone is always expensive.

This place really lets you down from what you expect from ColdStone. I LOVE ColdStone, but this place fails on all the things that make ColdStone good: Their service is not friendly and horrible. Their portions are TINY compared to what ANY other ColdStone gives you! Usually they pack every bit into a cup that they can. Here, the top is UNDER the edge of the cup. Horrible. Its the closest one to me and Ill NEVER go there again.

i also agree with all the negative comments, and for the last two years i have tried applying at this location because i know i can make it better, but the one oriental woman that works there throws away my applications and yells at me when i ask how to contact a manager. Its a sorry excuse for a cold stone and i think they should have at least one person working there that knows how to treat customers.

Listen to the reviews. This place is a complete rip off. 31.98 for 2 quarts of icecream?! Insane at the location across from Disneyland you can get 2 gallons for 26.28. CRAZY that you can get more icecream at a better location for less money. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS you want to be ripped off. Go to the Coldstone off Harbor in Anaheim or the one off Tustin in Orange.

We went and one poor gal trying to service 8 people. The owner cam out dropped off some spoons and went to the back again. No interested in service...high prices... the sign about servic ei a joke, lies. The girl tried but she cant yell at the interested boss. Go if you want to wait or try Creamistry and their staff of 6 is ready to go.

Line was super long on a Friday afternoon! It wrapped around the block and we waited around 15-20 minutes.I got the Coffee Toffee and Earl Grey. Super good individually and they tasted pretty good together too. My friends loved the Roasted Banana, Persimmon Sorbet, and Ricanelas flavors!

Can I rate a zero? Wow little topping, high prices, and no ac. My ice cream was almost liquid when she handed it to me. IMO owners are very cheap and frugal. Owners please change your business mind set or consider a different proffesion. Im never coming back.

We went here for the first time despite year old reviews that were negative. The portions were great and the people nice. They must have fixed whatever was turning people off. Not much seating inside but benches outside for a summers night. Good store.

Stay away from this Cold Stone location. The service is terrible and the topping portions are always much smaller than other Cold Stones stores. I live very close to Culver but willing to go to the Spectrum location to get better service and portion!

The prices are definetly marked up and the portions are very small, go somewhere else. Cold stone should look into this operation, theyre giving it a bad rep. Not to mention they require you to spend 10 dollars to use a card.

Insane how expensive the biggest thing of ice cream is: $16. Its a quart. You expect me to return for this? Sad to say this will be my last night of coldstone. Cest la vi. Also, barely any mix ins:(

Worst service ever ...ended up walking out. Employees are not knowledgable. She didnt know the price of anything or ice cream flavors. We walked out and will never go back there!

Just left. The service was good just two guys doing very well. Been to many CS and these 2 guys mixed well and handle the many people. What else can you ask for
