Really enjoyed the selection at this store, but after an awful encounter between a close friend and an employee at this location, I will not be supporting this establishment any longer. The employee whos name is Janessa asked my close friend and her roommate for their IDs upon entering the premises. The roommate who was under age was asked to leave, but my close friend who is legally old enough to purchase alcohol was allowed to continue shopping until completing the sales transaction when Janessa approached and stated no sale could be made and chose to embarrass my close friend by lecturing her on the topic of buying alcohol for a minor. I had spoken to the manager on shift whos name was Robert and clarified that the policy is "no alcohol purchases are allowed by legal adults, when accompanied by a minor, unless the adult is the legal guardian". Now my issue with Janessa and this business, is that my close friend should have also been asked to leave immediately and not allowed to browse and pick out item(s). My close friends time was wasted and received an unnecessary embarrassing encounter by Janessa at this location. Very disappointed, I hope no one else has to experience this type of service.

Professional with a great selection, what more can you ask for. The store has an expansive collection of wine, even our local Fresno State wine which I was very happy to see. Their assortment of whiskeys and moonshine was a pleasant surprise. I was surprised to see how many different types of craft beer they had! There were even vodkas I have never seen before. Along with the wine and craft beer tasting, and the lounge area in the back. I can already see Bevmos profits falling because this place is the one stop shop for all your alcohol wants.

Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. The Staff is immensely helpful. If you need any wine at all talk to Mitchell. He really knows his stuff and he remembers names well too. I bought a bottle of scotch here that came in a box and when I arrived home I noticed the bottle was leaking. I took it back, and had the bottle replaced quickly with no issues. Wine selection is almost daunting, and they have a crazy selection of scotch as well. The high end bourbon needs some work, but up to about 60$ you can find anything you need.

Brand new store only opened for 2 days went in to buy a product they showed on their website and they did not have it . Asked if i could order it and was told no. then asked when the next delivery was due and was told by store clerk in customer service "i don`t know,it will come whenever it comes. Not a very impressive first visit. Hope my next visit is much better or I may not go back.

Couldnt make any purchase because the "party" You came with even though not buying anything or even touching a single bottle but standing near you needs to be carded so if they forgot there ID or left it in the car nobody can buy anything and you cannot say your separate. You will also need to be carded to buy just water.

How cruel is this ? its pouring theres a storm and they have this guy with their sign advertising outside in the RAIN pouring cats and dogs ! Just by seeing this I would never ever step foot in their business they have no morals they have no sympathy screw this place!!

Great selection, knowledgeable staff. Wont go back, did not appreciate the "whole party" being carded to buy non alcoholic goods. Should of just left the whole purchase on the counter.
