Most atrocious customer service experiences that I have ever witnessed in my life .. I live in the area and was buying my gas there but never again, the employees the assistant manger a woman and a young man by the name of Fernando think its OK to talk to their cliental any kind of way. Enforcing unethical return polices for merchandize that doesnt work and have no signs posted indicating so. Unhelpful rude condensing jerks who have no morals or respect for other consumers . I bought a recharable battery in passing for work it didnt work and I wasnt informed of the return policy till post transaction .. It didnt work and when I tried to return it I was giveb the hardest time and told they where doing the exchange out the kindness of their hearts .. I corrected them letting them know it wasnt out the kindness of their hearts but out of the hard earned money from my wallet.. Its customer service and they dont know the meaning of it.. The refused to give me a contact for their district manager and also told me they wouldnt sell electronics to me any more punishing me for faulty products on their part.. What a joke. Its been a week since I called the customer service line to complain and Ive yet to receive a call to report the degrading experience . dont spend your money places where people treat you like trash

Went inside to get some help finding out who could have hit my car by checking the cctv and immediately was met with hate and vitriol by the manager. All I wanted was help and she was too busy smoking meth, being hateful and disrespectful. Absolutely appalled.
