Warning! Warning ! Wow ! Could not believe I was at a Sherwin Williams store they would not work with you on mixing the paint even though I was paying for the paint and new they were non returnable I tried to tell them what I needed and they would ask me what I wanted them to do I would tell them again what I needed and how I thought it might be accomplished they would eventually grudgingly would mix it and usually with a major attitude or they would only give you what was on the recipe sticker even though every time I went in their was no one else or maybe one other person maximum 3 people in the store ( Now I Know Why ) The higher up you went the less helpful they became and yet called them selfs professionals even though you had to guide them instead of them guiding you and educating you which is the mark of a True Professional I Would Avoid This Place If Possible

It was a very great experience. Matched my paint perfectly! Brought in a quarter sized chip and Bingo match was done that day! The user who had a bad time, they most likely went in at the last minute and didnt have what the Professionals needed to help them assist him/her. Just bring in the nessisary items if its a match and give it time. Just because you are in a rush doesnt mean they have to be.
