This is where an employee made it clear that their drive-thru customers have priority when it comes to customer service as opposed to waiting customers in line.I didnt use their drive thru because I was going to study for school here. Not only was there no one to help me order a drink, there was nobody to help their own fellow barista out to help a customer (me). Shame. I understand it was busy that day, it always is, but if I order a pour-over and you (the barista) dont know how to make one, I understand. The barista was in a hurry to get me out of the way so he simply said, "Our drive thru customers have priority over you right now. Would you rather have a regular coffee? I dont know how to make it and it takes a long time for a pour over" He was saying too many things that someone at Starbucks headquarters would cringe upon and at the same time, he didnt ask for help. Since I am not rude to people, I kindly went along with his simple suggestion and ignored his lack of customer service skills. I ordered a simple drip coffee and went on my merry way. I do not come to this Starbucks any more because of this experience. Eh, not cool.

The service is going down. it took 30 minutes or more for them to make my drinks. Then when I finally got got my drink it was extremely hot. I burned my hand by just holding it and my sister burned her mouth. Also to add to that the people working are really rude I asked them why my order was taking long and she responded "their a lot of people what you expect for us to put you first but I see what we can for you" she went back talked to her coworkers and laughed, after 10 minutes they finally started making our drinks. Talk about rude

Parking is very limited. The bathroom needs to be more tidied. It felt like I was going to a bathroom at Mc Donalds. What stank is there?? At least have an automatic air freshener spewing out some fruity air scent. It smelled like butt!! (PG-rated word).. I wanted to jet out as much as I wanted to do my number 1. The toilet seat should be cleaned!! I had to wash the toilet seat myself with the toilet paper and some soap. There are no paper towels to be found anywhere.

Its a good place for coffee but if you want water you have to buy something just to get a tall glass of water. Their teas are good the first time but after the first refill they become bland and they dont taste the same. I bought a black tea and it tasted great but when i asked for a refill there was no sugar taste to it and they didnt put ice in it. I could barely tolerate it.

If youre rushing. .this place will be the biggest mistake of your life. Cashiers dont know how to cut people off to take the next order so dont be surprised if youre waiting for a conversation to finish before you can place your order. .Also people tend to order coffee and stay for hours without end ugh!

I went to have a bag of Starbucks coffee that was given to me ground and they refuse because I opened the bag at home to smell the beans. I decided to go because there were a couple of guys that like to smoke cigars on the outside. they stop that. On the whole sub standard on friendly starbucks

Super Super bad service, I had to wait more than 17 min. and finally they given to me the wrong starbuck size and I told them that was wrong the order, and they made me paid one dolar extra for because they werent sure that I paid for it, Im thinking I will not buy here anymore.

No parking left, so I did the drive-in. Big mistake. I received the worst caramel macchiato of my life. Tasted like warm milk with some caramel in it. Perhaps they forgot the coffee?? (Coffee is that weird dark stuff that some people do in their milk)

Friends local Starbucks. Friendly staff. Drive thru. Indoor seating, and outdoor patio seating, some plugs on the walls. Clean BUT never leave your stuff alone here. Saw someone caught attempting stealing a laptop. This place is still EL MONTE!

This has to be one of my favorite Starbucks out there. It has a large amount of tables and chairs with accessible outlets to use. The seats are comfortable and the music is always nice. I am always here to do some studying or use their WiFi

Shame of Starbucks !!! No power on electrical outlets No wireless chargers on tables. Music volume to high for talk. Counter top from windows dirty. Electrical outlets down windows countetops disconected and dangerous.

Cashiers were reading back our order before we were even done ordering. Leading to wrong orders. Drinks were very watered down with no flavor. Usually drinks are excellent, today not so much.
