The women working the counter are wonderful and mostly caring and compassionate. Unfortunately their work is hampered by consistently long wait times on the phone and a horribly rude pharmacist. Dont expect to feel your questions are anything but am inconvenience if you are forced to call the pharmacist himself. Ask for one of the other employees immediately. Otherwise You will be rushed through your conversation and then left to feel as though youve been tossed aside after the call. Tossed aside along with half the issues you waited on hold to fix unresolved. Its frustrating. If not for a single compassionate employee I would have moved to a new pharmacy last week. Shes a credit to herself and the fact they are serving people of poor health.

The pharmacy here is a joke. I was told that i need to wait 25 to 30 min for my pain killers to be filled. 35 min later, i am told that there is no (estimated) time they can give me. Vinh was not helpful at all. (Update) After about 45 min of waiting, i am called to the counter, where they ask me for all my information again, saying they didnt have it. This is complete bull**** as I gave them all my updated info when i first got here. Once again, im told it will be another 25 to 30 min wait. I will not be coming back to Walgreens for anything ever again.

I stopped by Walgreens to pickup a prescription. Before I knew it, I was passing out. The staff leaped into action and placed a chair under me and talked to me in a calm and reassuring way. The paramedics arrive immediately. I was very impressed by Walgreenss staffs quick and professional response to my distress. Walgreens comped my prescription; They even watched my vehicle until I could return and get it. They have a customer for life.

This is the slowest Walgreens in the world. The pharmacist is super rude every time I deal with him. Tonight after waiting in a 20 min line they told me they couldnt give me my meds after they already told me on the phone they could. I will not be returning.

So slow... 6-7 people in line and no help. At least Rite aid calls for assistance and people come up, Only wait at Rite Aid is for your 2 foot long receipt to print... You can do better..expect more!

I agree with the person who posted that the pharmacy here is EXTREMELY slow. Also, it is clear from waiting inside that they over prioritize those patients who use the drive thru.
