Wow, I have to write about my experience here this evening. Jennifer, the manager at this Petco, really made the experience amazing! She truly took the time to offer great tips and helpful pointers pertaining to animal care and I am so grateful for her knowledge, generosity of spirit and genuine care. As someone with a strong background in sales, I can attest to the fact that she also is a great salesperson. I went in to get an item or two and ended up spending over $100. But she was not pushy once, just well informed, and it matters. I LOVE getting to post great reviews because they mean a win-win has been reached. Maya and I walked out feeling great. What a beautiful thing!

Worst experience ever! Been coming to Petco/Vetco for years happily until today. Came in today for a rabies booster. Thought it was good news there was only 2 dogs ahead of us. WRONG! One hour and 20 minutes later we are still waiting. Veto assistant Sabina is completely incompetent and unable to work in any sort of customer service role. Rather than address our concerns she simply blamed corporate. Time to go back to school. Veto is no longer where our pets will go!
