This place is such a gem! First, lets get the easy stuff out of the way: the people are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. If you are unfamiliar with any of the items they carry, or cannot find things you want, they will go above and beyond to explain or point out what may be lacking (especially from my non-Persian background). You will find treasures here that are either entirely missing in other stores, or prohibitively expensive -- the prices for their spices alone is reason enough to at least come and visit. Want a quick and exotic dinner? Youll find wonderfully-prepared foods (such as kabob and baba ganoush), as well as delicious desserts such as halvah and baklava. This location has had many incarnations, but the present owners have done it proud -- we stop by every time we visit downtown Danville!

So yummy. Since my dad isnt with us anymore to BBQ, I rely on my "other" Persian family to do it for me. My boys LOVE it. Absolutely everything we have ordered from here has been amazing. Just like home....
