Awesome place to grocery shop. Have been shopping here for over 6 years. For the fellow that gave a 1 star review, he/she is probably a manic depressive freak that cant figure out how to work a toaster, let alone selfcheckout. The employees have always made it a home feeling shopping experience. The store is super clean, go look at the bathroom.. Its spotless. The items are always stocked and there are always specials that other stores dont provide. This is coming from a regular customer that knows that this is a great family oriented grocery store. The only Con, the music that plays, like Hanson and Brittney spears... But even that isnt too bad.

Just called to see if they sold the OCTA bus passes at this location & the young lady who answered the phone was very professional, polite, helpful, & knew, without missing a beat, the bus pass info that I needed! That saved me from calling all over the map to hunt these passes down!! Thank you very much Miss & Ralphs of Cypress!! Btw, They DO have the OCTA bus passes available here, if I Didnt make that clear already, lol, ;-). Anyhow, Overall, this Ralphs location provides pretty good customer service, products, & fresh groceries!! I Honestly Recommend This Location!! (:

Great store, shop here daily. Staff is always friendly, your greeted at the door, its always clean and well stocked. Improvements, Id say... reorder and stock the front cold drink cooler better. It seems to change frequently, which I also dont like. Id like to see it stocked with more water options, Ph water, choices, more teas, energy drinks, and cold brew coffees.

Wide selection of just about everything, but I dont like how they start taking the produce out when its within an hour of closing time. I came in to get raspberries because this was the only place open that I could get some at that time and I soon noticed that they too dont care about their customers when it come to delicious raspberries. What a shame.

I love this store. Its a great community store and I always see people I know here. It has a great layout, well stocked, plus a Starbucks, bakery, floral services and deli on site, plus fresh sushi. I love their cold beverage shelf. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Theres usually short lines at checkout due to the 8 self-checkout stations.

Ive been going there for over 3 years and I never had an unpleasant visit there, especially from the staff. They are always extremely helpful. Maybe the person below me shouldnt of gone in the self checkout. It seems it was her fault for the bad situation. You cant really give this place a bad review over a MACHINE

I am very happy with my local Ralphs. I like the selection and they have fairly good prices. They seem to be trying to rid themselves of all the plastic bags before they are forced to stop using them because usually I get as many plastic bags as I buy items, or so it seems.

This is a smaller Ralphs but thats what I like about it. I know exactly where everything is and can be in and out in 10 minutes. The only thing that bugs me is the the small parking lot and the old people nearly running you over (theres a Rite Aid next door)

This is such a great grocery store, always well stocked, very friendly staff, and they even manage to keep everything running smoothly with the huge influx of clientele after another local Ralphs closed. They have been managing everything very well!

Love this store. Shop there as often as possible on my way home from work. It was delightful to see that some of the friendly faces from the store that closed on Valley View were sent here. All the Staff is friendly and helpful !
