This would be a good thrift store if it wasnt for the rude employees and them trying to get you out the door 15 minutes before closing. Everytime Ive been, the person ringing me up acts as if its an inconvenience, no one is helpful and they turn out the lights 10-15 minutes before closing just to get you out of the store. I tried explaining to a gentleman (which he wasnt) that this could be a hazard to someone with poor eyesight who suddenly found themselves in darkness in the middle of the store and he did not care at all about the concerns I was expressing, he just gave me a condescending attitude. You might find something good in here, but more than likely itll be overpriced, and with the attitude youll recieve it wont be worth it. There are much more better places in town that you can spend your time and money at that will be more than grateful for it than this place ever will be. Dont waste your time!

Wow, look at that entitled jerk Austin who gave 1 star and a horrible review because a store wanted him to leave before they closed. Austin, you dont understand that stores cant keep their registers open until their literal closing time, do you? You probably are one of those people who are like "Oh this place closes at 9? Good thing its only 8:45!" and proceeds to shop. See, businesses need to be able to get people out of there before they officially close so they can count down their registers, clean up a bit, and lock up before the employees can go home. Im not sure what youre expecting but this is standard practice basically everywhere. I havent even been to this store but seeing your review made me so angry that I gave it 5 stars just to cancel out your 1. They did nothing wrong and are likely better off without your business if thats how you conduct yourself.

Isnt thrift stores suppose to be cheap?! I walked in there and the first price tag I saw was $250 for a set of China plates. It was written on a white price tag with big red letters and numbers. I almost had a heart attack! I will never be going back in there not until they lower their prices. I looked up the name of the China ware and hinds is selling it for retail price! Second hand shouldnt be retail. Retail is never been used. Thrift is second hand used. Ive gone to other thrift stores and found the same plates for 19.99 a set. Haha!

Super clean and organized, great selection, and good prices on most items. Some of their home goods were priced too high for a thrift shop, but overall, a great place for good finds.

Lots of stuff to chose from, nice people too. Nice to buy from a place that helps those with cancer. Makes the prices not so high.

No better care for your loved one in their final days. All of my donations will now go to Hinds Hospice thrift store.
