Was referred here by a family member. I was getting frustrated after visiting numerous stores to no avail. I had visited Ashley store, becks, american furniture galleries, rc willey, la z boy, and a few other small stores to see about getting a sectional couch for my living room. I was either harassed by pushy salespeople, prices were too high even when offered big discounts, or a combination of bad service and high prices. My brother came to visit me last weekend and told me to check out Andrews Furniture because thats where he got his mattress from. I am very impressed with this store. It looks small from the outside, but THEY PACK IN A LOT of furniture in there. There were selling the same exact sectional for about $200 less than what I had found elsewhere. I mentioned I was referred there by my brother, and Michael hooked it up with the delivery and some other discounts. Its a breath of relief to be able to deal with such an honest sales guy in a no-bullsh*t sales environment. If you really want to save your time and money and avoid headaches, I recommend you pay Michael a visit here.

If you’re looking for bunk beds, this is the place to go. I was looking at the stores around Roseville, but was very frustrated with the prices. The bunk beds felt solid, but there was no way I was looking forward to shelling out 700 or 800 bucks for a bunk bed. I turned to Ikea in west sac in the hopes for some bed-searching relief, but the bunk beds over there looked like they will fall apart after a month of use. The search continued. But then I saw Andrew’s Furniture store sign on my way to grab some groceries from Raley’s and I thought I should just stop by and take a look. I purchased a full size bunk bed that they had on sale for $400 bucks. Quality? Pretty much the same solid ones I saw at the furniture store around Roseville, but at nearly half the cost. I will for sure be back to purchase another bunk bed for my nephew’s room. Very lucky find!

Absolutely loved working with Michael at Andrews Furniture. Although he didnt seem super friendly at first, he was very likeable once our conversation carried on. He was very honest and answered all my questions more truthfully than any other store Ive visited. I explained to him my budget situation and sleeping needs, and he was very understanding. Ive visited countless other stores, but nobody else seems to have what I want at a price I could afford. But when I talked with Michael, he helped me figure out which mattress to get without being too insulting or too pushy. I got myself a queen set for around $300 that was surprisingly comfortable. I could not find a more comfortable mattress at that price anywhere else. Five out of five stars! I will be back to Andrews Furniture to furnish my other bedroom for my foster kids in the next month or so.

We found this place by searching on Google, and Im so glad we found it! We had been in the market for a dining set for a while, but were constantly disappointed by the cheap furniture being marked up way too much. We wanted reasonable quality for a reasonable price, and I feel that we found it here at Andrews. We had pretty much picked out what we wanted on their website, and so we walked in and found it. The one we wanted was at the Rancho store (we were in Citrus Heights), but for $30 they delivered it that very day from the Rancho store. We put it together ourselves (although they do provide that service), and now we have a very beautiful dining set that Im sure we wouldve paid a lot more for anywhere else. We tend to buy a lot of our furniture from Ikea, but Andrews will be my go to place from now on. 5 stars!

Absolutely love working with Michael and his team. I am amazed at how much furniture is inside the store because it looks small from outside, but the selection is quite impressive. I needed a good mattresses at a low cost because I am on social security. Michael understand my situation and helped me select a mattress and had it delivered the next day. The other stores I have visited before always shunned me or gave me a patronizing glare because of my budget. Not here at Andrews Furniture though. I offered what I could as a down payment and I was able to finance the rest of my purchase for two years with no interest. Michael even reviewed the terms with me several times without feeling rushed because I had asked a lot of questions. I will be back for more furniture!

I have to give a 5-star rating. Customer service, delivery, setup, sales - the whole process was exceptional. I have shopped online, at American Furniture Galleries, Sleep Train, RC Willey, Macys, etc. Michael at Andrews Furniture was the most honest sales guy I have ever met when it comes to furniture shopping. I was taken by surprise when he was explaining to me the pros and cons of the furniture and mattress I was looking at without being pushy. When I had walked in asking for what items were on sale, he explained to me their pricing policy and showed me some ads from his competitors! I dont think I have ever met a store willing to do that for me. I have referred some people to give Andrews Furniture a visit, and I will definitely be back for more items later.

These people KNOW furniture! I cant tell you the number of times Ive been furniture shopping, whether it be at sleep train (Did they close down? Well they should), and Macys and I get the same type of ill-knowledged employee who thinks a twin size bed is a queen sized bed. But not Andrews, oh no. They know what a queen size bed is. They know A LOT about beds and furniture in general, and like Matt B. had said, the store is staffed by only two people, yet they can handle the workload of 10 people at Sleep Train or Macys. The prices are amazing. I got an amazing deal on a queen sized bed for a friend, and a California King Bed for myself! Needless to say if I ever need furniture, Im going to these people. They know what theyre doing and its refreshing.

I was desperate for a dining set because my folks were flying in for the Christmas weekend and I was tableless. I saw a dining set that was priced a bit more than I could afford… but I was desperate! I explained my situation to the sales guy (Mike, I think) and he totally understood where I was coming from. He gave me a cash discount to put the set within my budget (good), and was even able to get the dining set and chairs delivered and set up that same night without charging me extra (super good). I just went back to the store a few days ago to purchase a new mattress set for the guest room. Five out of five stars for excellent prices and service.

The absolute worst purchase and worst warranty. We purchase a new couch that literally started falling apart when we got it home. When I called to get the warranty to cover the issues the owner said the issues were because my husband was a "big guy" I dont, however, recall them telling us the couch was made for petite people up in purchase. We have only had the couch now for about 6 months and it is awful! Cheaply made. I would love my money back. I would give tho zero stars if I could!
