Id have to disagree with the customer service review below. They did the job, but it wasnt friendly. The service that I had requested was taking much longer because of a system failure, which is not their fault, and I waited for over 20 minutes so I had to move the car. As I left I was told that it crashed again and theyd have to start it up. I decided to run to the library to make a drop since it might take another 15+ minutes. When I got back the employee asked where I went, told me how she had to wait, did some sighing and loud announcements to the whole store about how she had to wait. I wont go back there for any services. And just like the posting by infernal, peoples mail was scattered all over all the counters, I could read all the labels, and people were not manning the counters with this mail. Someone could have walked out with all the small packages and envelopes just piled on the counter tops.

Contents Stolen so Beware and always declare value!!! All the contents in the package were missing at time of delivery (stolen) and UPS documented it as "some contents were missing" interesting as some implies there were still contents when there was an empty box. I shipped a package that weighed 11 pounds and the recipient received a package that weighed only a few ounces and was taped very strangely. I would have thought UPS would have contacted the sender rather than deliver a package they knew was mishandled rather than hoping the receiver would not question it. For me, this experience has lost a long time dedicated UPS customer. That stated, they did pay according to "damage terms and condition". It is more the manner and lack of customer support that has lost this UPS customer. Things happen, what makes the difference is taking ownership.

missing mails First mail Oct.12,2015 I applied a DL, DMV told me I need wait 7-10 day to get the DL. the address is 1325 howard ave, burlingame, CA 94010 Oct.22,2015 I sent a email to them ask if any mail in my mailbox. answer is no mail. Oct.29,2015 I sent a email to you ask again.no one reply my email. Oct.31,2015 I called them. answer is no mail. Nov.15,2015 I called them. answer is no mail. one month already pass. Im sure the mail is missing Second&Third Mail Nov.18,2015 I sent a usps first-class mail to 1325 howard ave, burlingame, CA 94010. just for test. Nov.18,2015 after I sent the second mail I went to DMV applied a new DL. They let me wait 7-10 days Dec.1,2015 I called them. answer is no mail. The mails are missing Im quit. they are not believable

the only good thing about this one is they open on Sunday. They used to charge me for a bad-quality tape for 7 bucks and told me to go other store if i dont like it. They dont even give me the slip to let me put my label inside but to ask me to attached label myself! I will only go there is i had pick up request. I will definitely go to the one in san mateo to ship package.

I was lucky enough to work with Shruti at the UPS store on Howard. She was incredible helpful and efficient. Very pleasant and had smile on her face the whole time. I will definitely return to work with her again.
