Every time I go into this place I always feel welcome and treated very respectfully. Easily one of the most honest pawn shops around. They have a huge selection on electronics, televisions, guitars, guns, and anything you might need. Guy, Dave, and Mike are all very helpful and kind characters, they try to hassle or hustle you. They always give me top dollar for my jewelry and computer when I need a loan. They are more focused on customer satisfaction then making a quick buck. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME GO IN AND CHECK THEM OUT!!! They offer ZERO PERCENT INTEREST on most their loans!! Imperial Pawn I just wanted to say thank you for everything, youve helped every time Ive had financial troubles, and you guys are the BEST!

I almost went to another pawn shop that a girlfriend recommended but I wanted to find one closer to home. After doing research and reading reviews about Imperial Pawn Shop, I decided to give them a try. I made a good decision! David was the gentleman who helped me. He was polite and professional and kindly explained the pawn loan terms to me. Although this is the second pawn shop Ive ever been to, I wouldnt choose any other. From the research I did on other pawn shops, this one far outweighs the others. Honest and upfront with their low (if not the lowest payment terms compared to other pawn shops I researched) and great customer service! I highly recommend you check them out before going anywhere else!

They are just so friendly every time i go into there they help me like I went in there to pawn some items and they are just really friendly he always ask me how my mom is and he treats you like you are family and you can tell they will help you the best of there abilities. I would reccomend them to any one who Is looking for a good place to get rid of there unwanted items they need to keep up the good work and keep up what they are doing because many people appreciate them and I hope that more people go in and experience the friendley and heart warming service

I was cleaning out my jewlrey drawer and I saw my wedding rings sitting there. I said rings plural! Uuugh! I went to see the Gold Guys and they told me that all they could offer me was $265. I had remembered seeing the signs on Imperial, so I got back in my car and met Guy and David. They were very professional, but cool at the same time. I was offered an additional $170 BUCKS MORE than I was offered previously. So awesome! Since then I have sent three other customers there, and they are all really happy with the great service. Imperial Pawnbrokers Rock!

So ever since catching an episode of pawn stars I have started to see pawn shops in a different light. Ive been curious to see what the pawn shops in Orange County have to offer and I went searching on yelp. A few places came up and this place had the most reviews so it was my first stop of pawn shops for my Saturday adventure. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised of how nice everything was. The staff was easy going and answered all my questions. I didnt buy anything last Saturday but I plan to be back to see what new stuff they have.

I wasnt expecting much of an experience at a pawn shop, because, well, its a pawn shop, but wow this place impressed me. I went in just to take a look around, and ended up speaking with the staff about the antique jewelry there. Turns out, I own a couple of pieces that are worth a decent amount of money and will be back very soon to discuss my options with them. The staff is very friendly. So whether youre just perusing or youre looking to sell, Imperial Pawnbrokers is the place to go.

Great Service ! Friendly employees ! Nice Store ! I have been a customer for about 5-6 months The first time I came in Guy and Dave were very helpful with all my loan needs. I have been to many other pawn shops and done lots of business in and around the L.A. Orange County and Inland Empire area pawn shops.Be it a loan or a purchase They did not make you feel like they were doing you a favor , it was more like you were appreciated and would see that you left more than satisfied .

I stopped by today to check out this place. The owners Dave and Guy were immediately friendly and couteous. They were genuinely kind and the service was amazing. They offered me a very good price, these reviews are not wrong. I am glad to see that businesses like this still emphasize the customer. If you are looking to buy any jewelry look here first, cant say enough about their prices. I saved thousands on my wedding ring.

What a bunch of phoney reviews. Crappy hole in the wall. Customer service? You have to be kidding me. Said they do 15000 a month on ebay. reviews say they are honest? Right! Sure! i THINK all those reviews are from family members. Dont go here they suck. The prices are high, the store is disorganized. The amps were mixed in with lawnmowers. The display case sucks. Maybe walk in to get a laugh.

This is the best pawn shop that I have been to in Orange County. The guys working there are very helpful and they have really good prices. Things are very inexpensive, yet really high quality. I mostly buy dvds there. They are the cheapest I have found. But I have overheard them with other customers and they are very fair with prices and services. Great stuff check them out.

The best Pawn shop in the LA/OC area period. Guy and Dave are top class all the way. I always hated visiting pawn shops, because they treat you like second class citizens. Not these guys. Honest, Caring and knowledgeable in anything and everything. Dont drive around messing with other places. This is the only place you need to go. -ShoeGUY CHUCK.

This place doesnt have the normal vibe youd expect from a pawn shop. Almost more like a high-end cigar or jewelry shop. They had some cool stuff (a super raw and rare Harley) but its a brand new store so its not real full yet. The guys were super friendly and I totally friggin stole a killer signed Pittsburg Bettis jersey for $40!!!

best pawn shop in the area. Dave, the owner, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The shops prices are unbeatable. The shop is clean and well lit. It carries high quality merchandise. Bought some high end jewelry for my mothers b-day. I am very satisfied, and will definitely come back for more.

Awesome guys. Good rates if you know your stuff. Was promised a certain amount on phone for a loan on 10 oz silver. Got told "his partner" might do it if he was there but he didnt promise anything. He was still fair, reasonable, and professional as you get. Would gladly do business here anytime.
