REAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,, I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCE THIS ONCE BUT MORE THAN ONCE.,, AND IM TALKING ABOUT THOSE DOING THE DIRECT CUSTOMER CONTACT. FROM CASHIERS TO SUPERVISORY POSITIONS. I ALWAYS LIKE TO BAG MY OWN GROCERIES, AND I HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE. WHEN THERES NO BOX PERSON AT CHECK OUT STATION. WHEN THERES SOMEBODY THERE I REQUEST DOUBLE BAG AND TO LOAD UP THE BAGS, REASONS ARE BAGS ARE CHEAP, BREAK AND THEY ARE ALWAYS JUST THROWING IN 2 3 ITEMS OR EVEN JUST ONE,, THEY DONT LIKE FOR US TO DO THIS, WHEN IM DOING MY OWN I SEE THEM APPROACH I SAY "I GOT THIS" THEY INSIST ALMOST PUSHING ME ASIDE I SAY ITS OK I HAVE EXPERIENCE. I END UP LETTING THEM KNOW HOW I LIKE IT BAGGED AND THEY STILL PGIVE ME A WHOLE MESS OF BAGS, AND THE CHEK STANDS ARE ALWAYS CROWED UP WITH, TORN OUT B AGS THE AREA NEAR VERY DISORGANIZED AND THERES ALMOST ALWAYS 2 OR MORE PEOPLE HANGING AROUND THE CADHIER, BLABBERING ABOUT IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE AND LINES ARE ALWAYS BACKED UP, TO MUCH SOCIALIZING GOING ON TOO.. REASON IM WRITING THIS, MY DUSTER WHO IS 60S FORGOT A BAG, BECAUSE OF BAD BOX PERSON SKILLS AND CASHIER 1 OR THE OTER COULD HAVE NOTICE THIS IF THEY WERE ORGANIZED,, I CALLED THE STORE speaking English as Im commenting, asked if she spoke spanish, she didnt answer, I thought she was there so I went on and said its ok Ill explain whats going on,, nope they found somebody who did,i was talking to nobody..THEY TOLD ME THE BAG WITH THE CONTENTS WERE THERE IN FRONT BUT THEY WERE BEING PUT BACK I TOLD THEM ILL HEAD OVER TO PICK UP, (1/2 & 1/2 creamer ,mangos,bananas, peaches..)) ME after I decided to purchase meat, cheese and a few mix variety nuts, 35$ worth headed to register, same problem with the bagging lots of little bags of nuts could of fit in one bag,meat on its own ,cheeses and regular milk. Had like 10 bags where I needed only lie half for all...... Anyway at counter I told them that she had also forgotten the creamer and this is were it gets good I was there literally for a whole hour, after they went on about how all that was there fruit only was all she left and we were between me calling my sister to text copy of receipt, and they even supossibly LOOKING AT VIDEO, the manager said she saw it I didnt , I HAD TO BELIEVE THAT MY SISTER WHO IS A JEHOVAHS WITNESS somehow between the stores te h usted and getting to te kitchen had her creamer stolen. Or ir was by Miracle taken.. they repeated the whole story they now wanted the the receipt showing the subtotal also, and I feeling edgy told my sister on phone go check again, her suv always clean, o clutter, she said "no the box person set the bags on counter as i was bagging and got distracted as just left"" she Idid not realize she had missed at least two bags. Again, I spoke to two different people this went on, one person clearly said that no t one item of this creamer was sold all day, I forgot to quote this person on this after the receipt deal and I ended up saying I will personally CHEK her suv ad if I find anything I will come and apologize and sock my sister on my head with my nukkles,,, nothing really I feel and my conclusion is "" at front counter as I was there notice 3 or 4 bags that looked as if they were left by customers, or accidentally" made to forget by customers,, these items get cheked back in as if purchased, I was told and showed a receipt,, AFTER ALL said and done, I explain to them that if I was to have been a manager at a store (I have experience) and considering all one hour later with customer in front arguing somebody elses case with some proof and even if not right , you almost under some sircumstances have to assume te customer is right,, they sold from my sister $3.79..and who knows how many others and who gets this credits they build up on recept from customers who do not get The service required...I RETURNED my purchase MOST LIKELY WENT BACK AND WILL BE ExPOSED AGAIN OUTSIDE REFRIGERATION TILL CUSTOMER TAKES HOME, THEN SOME MAY GET SICK, MORE OF A LOSS AND TEY DONT THINK AHED OF THIS....

I LOVE YOUR STORE!!!!!!!! Visiting my brother I and my Mother were so very very HAPPY to shop here and we are from Montana!!!! 29cents/lb chicken thigh meat......WOW..........my Mother and I were about to rent a refrigerated small truck just to take this back home with us and more of your numerous selections of produce and such!!!! YOU should be praised!!!!!!!!!! For the prices and selection and the happy people that were shopping! We LOVED the different cultures and people that were YOUR customers and employees!!!!!!!!!!! YOU make me (if I had the money to do so) move to this location and shop at YOUR store all the time!!!! YOU would make a killing in Montana and couldnt keep product on the shelves or in the meat or produce sections if YOU were here at these prices!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU should be commended for YOUR excellence in all that YOUR store offers...............so from the bottom of my heart to YOU and YOURS.......THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU....and lets hope I get to visit my brother soon!!!!!!!!

I was helped by Verenise today, very bad customer service. The old lady in front of me gave big bill and was asked to use credit card, before that lady pulled , Verenise had already enter cash and then told lady , its too late . I did not understand if Verenise wanted to get her CC , why did she enter in register cash received. Now it was my turn, i had all groceries out except big big water melon , which i put in my cart with difficulty. She told me i have to take it out as she needs to scale. It was difficult for me as i have bad back , to do it . I said i dont want then. As a customer service she could have asked bagging person to do that, instead she called some one and told to take it back and bring the cart. We are at 100 degrees in California and I was thinking of having water melon to cool down, Simple hand of help was expected.....sad it was not offered.

Im sitting here steaming right now! That place is so crowded and the carts are so big that its impossible to move! Finally I parked my cart in the aisle to walk to the next isle and pick up some beans because I couldnt push the cart there. When I walked right back my cart was gone. So I got another cart and started all over again and noticed the bread was back on the shelf and it had been the only one on the shelf. I paid and asked the manager. He said they have a policy to wait 5 minutes and put the cart & groceries back but it was under 2 minutes. So when I re did my shopping I forgot the tortillas for the burritos. So Im sitting here with just the insides of a burrito waiting. But Im NEVER going back there! Its insane! They need smaller carts!
