Just a horrible location. I had my tires rotated while I was across the street at bank. Two days later my tire sensor light came while at the lake. 20 minutes in on the drive home my rear tire blew out. I was confused because i just had them rotated and filled and they were only 5 month old tires. I called the next morning with my dilemma and was told to come down so they can look at the tire. I asked if I needed an appointment and Nando assured me I didnt . I even went on to specify that it would take 20 minutes to come down and he said no problem. I get down there in 15 minutes and am shown threre was a nail in the tire so Ill have to pay a difference . I am also told an hour and a half to two hours . I was irritated because I was willing to make an appointment. Geoff could see I was irritated and remedied the situation by telling me to leave my tire and when I come in they could put it on quick. He even said that when I got there and if there were a line to step to the side and specify that I was there to just put tire on and I would be next. When I came to get tire put on the next guy told me another 45 minutes .. I was livid .. while I notice that their floor didnt look so clean and am now thinking nail came from there .. the whole experience was just bad . Clearly this location needs better communication skills .. All of this because I wanted to kill two birds with one stone .. Trust me never never again and especially not at this location. I noticed two big o tires in this area and maybe its time for a change..

***Read the other reviews, Im not the only one with this issue at this location. Be warned I would choose another location I have never had this issue with the Discount at SanTan Mall*** I would give negative stars if I could, took my Tahoe in to get new tires 1200 bucks later they gave me my truck back minus the tire pressure sensors. When I told them that my truck was no longer reading the air pressure in the tires they looked around the shop for the air pressure sensors and handed me 3 out of four back and refused to put them back in the tires. To top it off they failed to air up one of the tires so as I was driving home I did not realize that I had a low a tire due to the missing air pressure sensors until I got home. Still today I do not have the sensors in the truck. I have always purchased my tires at discount but have never used the queen creek location until this once. They at first did not believe me that it was missing the air sensors and would not fix the issue and left me with a sorry. Thats no way to run a business. They will never get my business again. To top it off I had a flat tire the other day and of course I did not notice since my truck no longer alerts me to low air pressure and while I was turning a corner the tire popped off the rim causing damage to the road, tire and rim. Who is going to pay for that let me guess me. This could have been avoided had they done their job and provided some customer service.

When i first walked into Discount Tire I was immediately greeted and helped even though I didnt make an appointment. one of there employees went with me out to my car and gave my tires an assessment. after that we returned inside to choose a tire and he told me that they are going to re balance all of my tires and check there air pressure for free even though i only purchased one! Then i was told my car would be back on the road in 30 minutes. Best part they were done in less than 15 minutes! They were extremely nice and quick and it was nice to not be made to feel like a fool. I will defiantly be returning when Im in need for a new tire.

I have been dealing with Fletchers lately and have been very dissatisfied, and have always had good luck with Discount Tire. So I went to this location and they met me outside, didnt even have to go in, to discuss my tires. They gave me a great deal, rebates, I was in and out very fast, and the sales associate was SUPER helpful and kind. He kept telling me to make sure and bring the car in every month so they can check the air and the balancing, and then to rotate them every 5,000. He went out of his way to tell me to come back and get services done that wont cost me any money. Really likes this place!

I was very happy with my experience last week. Unfortunately I ran over a railroad stake (in my brand new car that Ive only had for 3 months...UGH!) and needed a brand new tire. Not only did they try to save my tire in hopes I wouldnt need a new one, but when it ended up I needed to purchase a new one, they didnt try to up-sell me. Nando and Roger helped me and were both so informative, very polite and respectful. I was slightly upset that I wasnt called when my car was done, as they told me they would, but other than that I had a great experience. Will definitely be back to this location!

I just recently had a terrible experience from Fletchers tire in Johnson Ranch. Every time I have taken my car in to them it would take a day or longer to get the simpliest things done. I took my tire into discount and they fixed my tire in 20 minutes. I went home put the tire on the car, then drove the car back and had them replace the other 3 tires. I was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes!! Can you believe that! There service is awesome, front desk people and store is clean! I wont go anywhere else ever again! Thank you Discount!

They couldnt get my dually off and sent me on a wild goose chase to another shop close by,they didnt know I was coming and said they dont do that kind of tire removal,went to a little tire shop in Apache Junction and they had it off in 20 mins ,so I returned and they changed the tire with out any problems I thought? next morning I noticed I was missing one of my nice valve stem caps and then saw how they damaged my decorative hub cap cover with there air wrench,all young kids working there without the proper supervision

These guys ROCK. Made my appointment and they were really busy when I arrived (understandably so since they are the only Discount out here) but they do a fantastic job juggling phones, appointments, walk ins, and even a rude customer that was beyond their control but did a great job with the situation. Cant win them all but how you handle the customer who cant be made happy no matter what you do for them is real customer service. Overall they found the issue with my tire and minimal cost. Great job overall guys!!
