I have been using this store for several years and plan on using it many ore to come. Why? Because it keeps getting better. Everyday you can see improved customer relations, service, product knowledge, and an over all feel that the store is growing to meet the customer needs. Before, it was a store that you went in because it was convenient. Now!! I choose to go there over Lowes and Home Depot because of the people who work there. Kuddos to the staff at my Russell DO It Center! You are the reason we shop there.

Best customer service in town. Every employee cares about the store, and that shows. Great popcorn, and they always have what I need for the house, unlike the big stores, you can buy single nut/bolt, or in bulk. Nostalgic fountains and decorations for the yard, as well as functional tools and yard maintenance.
