I was in the Plainfield In store today 4-27-2017 trying to buy 1 item for $4 and change. Casher was on the phone to me says you need to wait. Now my turn his question do I get their Catalogs? My answer was yes and to many of them. Next answer he wanted my phone number my response was dont have one, I dont like getting all these questions, If I have to provide one maybe I dont want to buy your stuff. his answer was (What Ever) handed him a $20 bill had my hand out for the change and he just dropped it on the counter. I told him I have made My last visit to that store. He was ! RUDE person

The manager is rude and yells at customers. She took my coupon and ripped it up. When I said that I could reuse it on another day she said I was right but that its their policy to take the coupons away so they can only be used once.

Was told I could not use more then one of their published coupons after i spent a half hour trying to find the sale items i was interested in. I will never return to this store

Out of stock of free coupon merchandise wouldnt replace with something similar the coupons were just to get you in the store 90 percent of tools in the store are junk
