This is the best Publix in the Birmingham area (and yes, I have shopped at most if not all of them.) I am not a Publix employee or married to one or even know one. So this is an impartial review. The customer service is what makes this store stand out. The people who work there go out of their way to be helpful to you. Ive been shopping there for many years now and have never had a bad experience.

I have never had so much trouble with ordering food. I ordered fruit and vegetable trays for my wedding from publix thinking that their customer service would be completely worth it. Not even a little bit! They gave me the run around when trying to pre-pay, they also were horrible when the trays were being picked up. To be such an upscale store the service I was provided was Not Acceptable!

This is has to be the worst Publix ever. Worst fried chicked Ive ever had. Dry, no skin, just terrible. Their Deli manager is a complete fool. Just a loud mouthed idiot. Terrible service. I will never come back. If terrible service was a crime Id call the police.

Terrible management. The store manager David was throwing apples in front of customers. He dropped fruit on the floor and put it back. The cashiers are slow. The Deli is incompetent. Terrible store.

BOGOs are great, even if you only need one of the items you can get 1 at half price. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Shelves are usually pretty well stocked

They have the cheapest and best Chocolate Milk and Fried Chicken around here thats the only reason I go in Publix most of their groceries are higher other than milk or chicken.
