Bad Experience! I visited this tire shop the first time on December 24th. Before coming to the shop, I called first and asked for a quote of 2 new tires for my car. They answered with the price of $180 for the tires. I hung up, came to the tire shop...reminded them of the conversation and asked for 2 new tires for my car. Without me knowing, they placed 2 "used" tires on my car. I paid around $80 for the tires but I was wondering why they charged me less than what was quoted on the phone? I paid anyways and left. Now today, I went back to get 2 more tires put on and they quoted me a price of $181. I asked, "why was my last visit cheaper than today?" They went outside and checked my tires and said "you have on used tires." I told them, my last visit, I didnt ask for used tires. I wanted 2 new tires. They didnt have a answer to why my car was serviced for used tires. So after much thought, I went ahead and got 2 new ones put on the back end of my car BUT I noticed they went ahead and serviced another customer while I was waiting on my car to be worked on. This company will NEVER get my service again. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Simple and easy transaction. They had everything I needed --new --in stock. No waiting, on a Saturday. Really appreciated that pricing was "out the door" and no add on fees for mounting, balancing, old tire disposal, etc. could have used a bit of sweep and wipe down in the waiting room, but I wa only there 20mins total, so not that big a deal. Will do business here again!
