This was my first experience getting a tattoo, and Im not quite sure what I expected, but I never would have imagined the process to be so pleasant. I originally stopped by the shop a few weeks ago to discuss the idea of getting a white tattoo. The guys at the shop were very up front about the potential downsides to doing so, but said that if I was still game, I should come back when Blake returned from vacation, since he had more experience with white tattoos. I did so, and he worked me into his schedule the next day. The tattoo is still healing, so I cant speak to the finished results just yet. But so far its exactly what I envisioned. It may still need a touch up once the scabbing has cleared up. But what stood out to me more than anything is just how kind and funny and personable Blake was, and how he metaphorically held my hand throughout the entire process. The placement of the stencil wasnt exactly what I had in mind at first, and he patiently worked with me to get it perfect. My first inclination was to say that he worked hard to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the process, but it really didnt seem like work at all. He has an incredibly gentle (though undeniably mischievous) nature, and although Im not generally one for small talk, I found it very easy to chat with him both during the tattooing process and when we would step outside for short breaks. To be frank, I went in thinking of this as a one-time thing. But the entire experience was so pleasant that Im already dreaming up ideas for my next tattoo with Blake.

Shannon, owner of Ink Factor, downloaded a tattoo design for me off of the internet. When the tattoo was complete...and MUCH to my surprise...the tattoo was BACKWARDS! Yes you heard right...BACKWARDS! Had it just been a tattoo of a picture it might not have mattered...but this was a LETTER....a BACKWARDS LETTER! After numerous attempts to contact them regarding what I was left with I was told the owner, who actually did the tattoo himself, would call me back. After living over a month with this nightmare tattooed for the world to see, I stopped in Outlaw just to see if they thought it could be fixed. I was afraid, and Id also been told, that only solid black would cover up the dark colors used in the BACKWARDS tattoo. Antonio was working the day I stopped into Outlaw Tattoo and showed him by HUGE BACKWARDS TATTOO....and like EVERYONE else whos seen it, he was speechless and his jaw literally dropped to the ground. I believe "WTF" was what he actually said! I now have a tattoo, by Antonio at Outlaw Tattoo, thats not only the right direction...but displays crisp, clean lines and a vibrant blue color. Would I recommend Outlaw Tattoo? Would I recommend Antonio? MOST DEFINITELY! It was a very clean and organized shop, every member of their staff was courteous and the work they did was UNBELIEVABLE...CONSIDERING WHAT THEY HAD TO START WITH!!! Thank You Outlaw!

I went in to see about getting tattooed. Never been to this particular shop before, but had heard somewhat good things about them. When we went in the guys all just stood and stared at me like they were afraid to speak. When they finally opened their mouths and asked what I wanted I showed them the picture of what Id seen I liked. Two of the guys left out of the shop after I showed them what I wanted and I could hear them talking and laughing about it as they left out. The other one was very cocky and told me he wouldnt do it. That I needed to bring in different reference material and then he would draw it up, but that what I was asking for wasnt custom enough for him to do. I was very uncomfortable and didnt feel confident in letting them tattoo me in the future. I felt like I wasnt important or a priority. I most definitely will not be coming back here ever.

Outlaw is the only shop I let tattoo me. I was apprehensive the first time I walked into a tattoo shop and really had no clear idea of what I wanted. The guys there gave me some good ideas and helped me find a design I loved. That was 4 years ago. I now am working on my fifth tattoo and have over 35 hours under the needle at Outlaw. Steve has done all my work and each one is nothing short of a work of art and the works Ive seen the others guys do are spectacular as well. I have had a few of my appointments reschedule but Outlaw has always been very helpful and as anyone who has had a real job knows things come up and schedules change. Another thing I was worried about was cleanliness. Steve the owner is completely O.C.D. so my worries were completely unwarranted. In short, I cant say enough good things about my experiences with Outlaw.

I went here once before for a tattoo and the artist did a great job. Today my friend and I called about getting simple text tattoos (we had the templates ready) and were told to come in and show the artist what we wanted. He thought hed likely be able to fit us in. Unfortunately when we got there the piercer was working the desk and after asking a million questions about what we wanted, told us we couldnt be fit in. He wouldnt let us speak to the artist and didnt attempt to let him know we were there. He was straight up rude and clearly didnt care that he was taking business away from his buds. We tried to call back to speak with the person we had earlier and he claimed out of the three people in the shop he had no idea who it could have been and didnt let us through. Taking business elsewhere.

When i first started getting tattoos, i was clearly making bad decisions as far as who i was letting tat me... and it showed in the quality of the work done...so everytime i saw someone with a very nice and detailed tat, i would ask who did it and everyone said Steve or Antonio from Outlaw...so i decided to go up there and check them out for myself...long story short, i was one of the best decisions Ive ever made in my life....i got the old tats either redone or covered with great work....i will NEVER let anyone except Outlaw Tattoo tat me.... Steve is the best artist Ive ever seen...he takes pride in his work and wont finish until he is satisfied....i would recommend everyone to go to Outlaw ....NO MATTER IF U LIVE ACROSS THE WORLD

The staff is rude and unprofessional. In addition to being uncaring of what we wanted done, there was a mother and daughter who came in after already talking to the piercer who neglected to mention before their planned trip that they would need her birth certificate. Dont expect to join your loved one while they work; I can respect those artists choices for their work environment, but I will choose somewhere else in the future so that I can appreciate the work rather than sit bored for the duration. And to save the best (worst?) for last: I agree with the other reviewers--the only customers they intentionally turned away (since they planned on doing work for the daughter) were AA.

I started going to Outlaw after a really horrible tongue piercing from a different shop. Kenny was super knowledgeable about taking it out and how to help the bad piercing heal properly. Then I came to him regularly for more piercing and he does a wonderful job. Jewelry is of very high quality and he does a great job talking you through the whole process. Then I decided to get tattoo of a sunflower by Blake. Wonderful idea! He made sure I was comfortable through the whole tattoo and did everything to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! And the tattoo is beautiful I constantly get complements on the color and quality. Could not ask for more!!!!
