Before I start this review, let me say I have been with T-Mobile for nearly ten years and I was ready to switch carriers. I have always had problems with the customer service of the company and the day I went into this store was no different. In fact, my wife had been in the Martin Way store earlier in the day, and was treated with such disrespect and that I personally went into the store when I was off work. The store manager outright refused to help my wife downgrade, restock, and switch her phone and line over to my account, when a week previously agreed to personally help her. He even told her to go to AT&T because he was unwilling to help her. I work as a manager in a retail store myself, and would never dream of treating a customer in this manner. When I entered this store on Martin way, the store manager and DISTRICT manager gave me a cold wall, and refused to explain, or fix the problem that they had created. They both lied to me saying that what I wanted could not be done. (I had called and talked to customer service to verify that what my wife and myself wanted could in fact be done). I was about to leave T-Mobile for good until my sister mentioned she knew someone working at this location in West Olympia. I decided to give T-Mobile one last chance. Luckily, I had the very fortunate and perfect experience with Dylan Cram. Dylan immediately solved the problem created by the Martin Way store with professionalism, and the best customer service I have ever seen. I myself could not have come close to the lengths he went to help me and my family. Unknown to me until 8pm when I was walking out of his store, Dylan was supposed to be off the clock at 5. Dylan worked for nearly three hours past his scheduled time to help me, as I had entered his store roughly at 5:30 pm. If anyone ever needs actual customer service, friendly communication, and perfect professionalism, Dylan Cram is the man to deal with. I will be staying with T-Mobile, and I will only speak with Dylan from now on. He deserves to be running his own store.

I went to this store to get my consumer account switched to a business account. The store manager was the person helping me he was and it took him more than an hour to figure out how to do it. I had to leave and come back and it still wasnt done. The associate was unprofessional to me and while calling in to T-Mobile to get my account transferred over he was rude to the T-Mobile phone rep. He kept saying he was going to "hook me up" he was pushing me to have 4 lines because there is a special on four lines....ect. I told him I do not need 4 lines I need exactly 2 lines. He said ok, no problem. Then I asked him to transfer over my cell spot router as well. He said he did. He lied. He gave me 4 lines, and did not transfer over my router. I spent over an hour on the phone with T-Mobile trying to pay the bill on my old consumer account and no one could seem to find it. Since my router was never transferred and the window to do it has lapsed I now have to bring it into the store and have it transferred over to my new account. The associate was snakey and I do not appreciate being lied to and manipulated. I will absolutely make sure he does not receive commission for everything he added to my account without permission. I do not recommend going to this branch and I absolutely would not trust this individual with anything ever again.

Went into the store for help with my phone that had stopped charging. The rep played with it for a minute, then asked if i had insurance. I said i did, but that i didnt think this should be an insurance claim since it just stopped charging. He then proceeded to plug away on his computer for twenty minutes. His manager came out to look at the phone too, and to help the rep with the computer stuff. Then he told me that they filled an insurance claim and i would be charged the $150 deductible! Seriously?! I just wasted twenty minutes for the rep to submit an insurance claim when i told him upfront i was not Ok with that? The manager then told me that he cant return the phone because the reason it wont charge was because the screen was scratched. That may be so, but tell me that upfront and dont make the decision for me to submit the insurance claim! That phone had been scratched for six months but still worked fine until yesterday. And again, if you think the scratch is the issue then tell me that upfront. Dont save it until the end like a "gotcha!" Come in, T-mobile, you can do better than that for a customer of 12 years!

Its 4 in the morning and I cant sleep because Im so upset with my new phone and finding out my no cost plan change changed my service features. Rest assured I will be at the store first thing in the morning to address the issues and go back to my IPhone. Depending on the outcome I will either be deleting this review or editing it to include all the reasons they provided misguided info and horrible customer service. I will say though...the female sales person was far more interested in winning a sales contest than listening to my wants and needs. But she did impress the Samsung rep who was watching the whole transaction. One that took in excess of 2 hours by the way. She even left me with another salesman before I was finished as her shift was over. That said it all!

I came into T-mobile and had a GREAT experience! I definitely think that this T-mobile is WAY better than the mall. It is less crowded and the customer service is 10 times better than them as well! The employees at this T-mobile really get to know the customer and try to right fit them with the device and service to best fit them! I know that everyone has their bad days but it doesnt mean that you can discourage them. I think that they give amazing customer service and i think they need more foot traffic to better mold these associates to customers and the service they are giving! I loved my experience with them and i would go back in to this specific store again and again giving these associates and these associates only the commission they deserve.

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, Joel helped me out and I was able to get everything done including getting my new phone set up quickly. Got all matching accessories, case and screen protector match my personality really well(got the iridescent ones). Havent had any problems since seeing them last to switch and Im very happy with my iPhone 7+! Highly recommend them, they made the entire experience as easy on me as possible and I left feeling stress free!!

Shout out to the customer service team at my t mobile store. They are great. Funny, kind, and patient. I am 43 yrs old and sometimes have issues with my note 5 not the phone just operating it lol. They always walk me through what was wrong and how to take care of it. I enjoy knowing that if I am ever have any kind of issue with my phone or with my skills in using it they are there to help. Thanks guys. You make me glad to be a t mobile customer.
