Worst experience ever. I was quoted three days for my parts. Was told i woukd get a call when they got it in. Didnt get a call and they didnt answer their phone so i went in. They ordered the wrong one. Was quoted another couple days for the right one. They never answer their phone when I call, i even got their business card to be sure Im calling the right number. When I go in multiple times in person, I am told the part is on back order with no estimate of when it comes in. 35 days later, I finally get an email saying they have my part and to bring my phone in for the repair. I was quoted about 5 hours for the job. 6 hours later I call and get no answer like usual. Show up around 6:50 when they close at 7 and the place is already dark and locked up with no one in site. Now Im without a phone until after work the next day. Still had to pay full price even with all the false expectations provided, major in convince and no communication. I paid them for their service provided, but everywhere on the Internet will get this review because of it. If I could leave less then 1 star and still write a review I would...

The worst service I have had with a company. I went to have my phone screen replaced and was quoted 100$( which beat all the other places). I paid a deposit and was told the part would be ordered and it should be fixed in a couple of days. Get a call saying the first screen didnt work and they needed to order another one, this happened twice and they had my phone over two weeks. This whole time Im told there checking what the issue could be. Eventually after not hearing from them for almost a week I call for an update and get told that they cant figure out whats wrong with it. I was told my options were to buy a new phone or "I guess" I could get my deposit back...So after 3 wasted trips to the store I guess Ill head back to pick up my unfixable phone and money. I would not recommend them to anyone as they definitely do not take care of their customers or offer any sort of solutions after being unable to fulfill their obligation.

Ive been to Cellular Mekanix twice. The first time my iPhone wasnt charging. They cleaned some lint out of the charging port, tested it to verify that it was fixed and sent me on my way free of charge. Six months later I had a real problem -- my battery was swelling, pushing out the screen and making my home button flaky. The gentleman at Cellular Mekanix quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price (about half what a friend recently paid for battery replacement at a different shop) and then fixed it while I waited. I was out the door with a smile and a working phone within 15 minutes. Im sure they cant always offer service that quick, but they did this time. Im very happy with their work.

Easily the worst experience I have had with a business. I will condense my experience in chronological order: 1. Went in, paid costs for parts... and waited (they took down the wrong number, so couldnt reach me.) 2. Part came in, so I took the phone to them. They did not have the proper tool to do their job (how?!), it should be in tomorrow... so I waited (they took down the wrong number, again.) 3. Tool comes in so I take in phone yet again... this time they replaced the part, but it was not working properly (Im not surprised at this point). However, I once again continued to wait, because they did not bother to call and tell me I could pick it up, since they are completely incompetent.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 that works great, but I broke the glass (digitizer was ok). I didnt want to pay $700 for a galaxy 5. I looked at fixing it myself, it would have cost $40+ for supplies alone...plus it was a fairly complex process. I went to Cellular Mechanix and they (Casey) did a GORGEOUS job on my phone..it looks brand new and works great. When youre basically paying 600$+ for a new phone, seriously consider a repair versus a replacement. CM did great work, was fast, honest, open, and no pressure. A++ P.S. I work in IT/Technology and am picky, they seriously do great work and are fast! Again, A++ guys, keep up the great work!

Terrible service, unfriendly staff. I took my phone to them twice for screen repairs. The second time I was unable to use the phone without speaker. I took it back and they told me I had broken off a piece of audio jack into the phone and that it was in no way their fault, which is strange because I only have 2 sets of headphones with booths jacks intact. They were unable to remove the jack and told me it was my problem. $310 later, and I have a minimally functioning phone. Please do yourself a favor and use competent and reasonable people to repair your phones. I know I will never use them again

Could not say enough good about this place. Honest fair people who want to do business by giving good service. Jeremy was a outstanding technician who from the get go was honest and upfront about my repair to my phone. Being faced with the decision of paying Apple $329 to do what I felt was a small repair or paying twice as much to get a new phone the $49 labor was well worth it. Got my phone fixed and couldnt say anything but positives about the experience. I hope never to need to make a repair to a cell phone again..BUT if I do this will be the first call I make!

Charger port quit working on my phone, it got wet in rain but not submerged. The guys suggested a water damage service and quoted me a price and timeline for the work. They performed the service but was unable to fix the problem without a part that was too expensive to be worth it. I went to pickup the phone totally bummed, when I pulled out my credit card to pay he waved it off and said its going to be hard enough having to replace the phone! True class act and so appreciated, thanks man! I will go here again if needed and highly recommend them!

Great service. I had a GS4 with a cracked screen (but functional digitizer). I called the "other guy" on the east side, and he said he didnt have the correct parts and would call me back. He never called me back. I called CMX and talked to Tim. Not only did he have the parts in stock, he said he could repair my phone that day. I dropped my phone off and he called about an hour later saying it was done. The price was very fair and better than a lot of the other places out there. Thanks Tim, great experience here. Recommended highly.

Dear owner, you personally promised me to call back since I agreed to pay your price $60,and you didnt. Point! It is not fair to claim one price first time and increase it when I came second time. I think $60 for replacing rear camera doesnt look like charity. You mentioned that you were sitting in the back room when your technician was perfectly pleasant with me. You recognized my phone, and you even didnt find a minute to talk to me. Very friendly, right? I believe many people had good experience with you, but not me.
