Basic grocery shopping time! Store presented itself neat and organized as it usually is. While all those things are a definite plus, visiting the meat department, we spotted a sign for the rack of ribs that said $2.77/EA opposed to $2.77/LB (wishing now that I took a picture of it). Thinking this may create some confusion for other customers, we approached one of the department staff workers that was replenishing meat stock and pointed the situation out to him. Sadly he seemed bothered by the fact that we interrupted him, and gave a simple "ok" with a I dont care expression on his face. No "thanks for pointing that out" or anything. Was a bit baffled by his reaction and response so we walked away from the gentleman. Perhaps he was having a off day or something. Anyway overall aside of this experience, found the grocery items needed (a little update, the rack of ribs purchased after taking them out of the packaging, they smelled very bad, spoiled meat. Fiancée drove back to the store and they replaced it. Just be careful) and shopping here frequently cant say theres much of a customer service expectation sadly, overall 3 stars.

Decent HEB, good selection and I love the coupons and the sales items in the back cold cases. My only complaint is at night when the stockers are on the floor before the store closes, some of them act like customers are a nuisance. I was almost ran into my a guy dragging an electric pallet jack with another guy riding on the back of it tossing boxes. I had just had surgery on my shoulder a week and a half prior and this near collision would have been very bad. They didnt apologise or anything, in fact they made it seem like it was my fault even though I was walking down the main isle and they were blindly flying out of one of the side isles without looking. Other stockers block freezer doors andbother areas and make no attempt to let you shop that section. Occasionally some of their Asian food items in the cooler ring uo for more than the listed price and the items never seem to get corrected.

I called in wanting to check if they had hemp protein with nothing added, just pure hemp protein and enzymes, first one lady acted like she couldnt hear me, transferred me to another guy, who hung up on me because he was apparently to stupid to grasp what i was asking for, that idiot probably thought "hmm, i think hemp means weed, i cant give this guy weed, thats illegal, and enzymes, i dont know what those are, he cant know that im dumb as a horse, better hang up on him", and they both just came off as generally stupid and lazy, im sure the rest of the staff are the same, better avoid this store.

As much as I dont look forward to grocery shopping, I actually do consistently enjoy my experiences at HEB. My kids can ride in a race cart and use Buddy Bucks, and the staff- regardless of the level of employee- is always exceptional. I feel a sense of relief when Im here because everyone is so pleasant. Any time Ive ever had any minor issue with pricing or anything, I have been treated with kindness and respect. They definitely practice "the customer is always right." They even go beyond that as the staff is friendly and personable, and they act like they enjoy being there.

Its the closest grocery store to my house so it pretty much wins by default. It is big, clean and has nearly everything I want/need from a grocery store, though. A larger selection of foreign food ingredients would be nice but I know were out in the burbs where that kind of stuff isnt in high demand. If I stop by on a Saturday chances are theyre handing out free food samples which is pretty nice. It also has a Redi-clinic inside the store which has come in handy more than once. Overall a solid store.

This is where we get most of our groceries from. It certainly has about 95% of the stuff we use on a weekly/monthly basis. The prices are decent though if you have the time I guess you could find better deals. They do offer HEB coupons which actually can be really good (recently saved $28 on a $90 bill using their coupons). The parking kind of sucks, but if you just accept that and park wherever (instead of trying to wait on others to leave) it alright. Good luck!

The only thing half decent in this store is produce. But it has gotten waaay expensive over the last year! Does that really reflect rising costs? If so I can barely afford to eat any more. Sometimes the produce people leave rotten or old vegetables in the bin - and still want to charge you full price. What??!? Lousy attitudes on people who work here. Customer service means dont give a dam_. Parts of store look old and dirty.

One from the worst HEB stores I have seen. Terrible and dirty. Not much to buy, its pretty small compare to other HEB stores. Also quality of meat is always awful over there.. Even this is the closest shop to my house I always go to shop to HEB at Whitestone Blwd or Lakeline.. its not that much far away and quality of the food and everything is way more better

Just a heads up, just bought shrimp and cod, they are bad. As I was peeling the shrimp it was so mushy and the smell is bad. Even the cod I bought as well is bad. Really disappointed, they should no better I mean its not coming out of your paycheck! Throw the old food away or dont order so much of it. Plan and simple!

Not happy with the way then failed to run the checkout lines. There is obviously a lack of managemet. Took longer to check out than shop for groceries. HEB workers standing around didnt seem to care there were long lines at only 2 open registers. A customer complained and complaint seemed to fall on deaf ears.

Very small organic selection, but a fair price for Fruits & Veggies. Very diverse food items... reasonably priced, and great deals on premium ice cream, once a month. Very busy store, but the wait isnt too long to chk out. Avoid the less-than-considerate, crazy drivers in the lot.

Still an HEB, but caters to a different population than the Lakeline Market location. Not as new or diverse of selection as that location, and generous with use of the plastic bags. Best to leave from exits near Wendys or Papa Murphys - pretty hectic intersection at 1431 & 183.

HEB really puts on an experience. As an out of towner, I was shocked to see raffles and games going on while we shopped. The wine tasting was a great touch. Such a huge and busy store. I think I like my little grocery stores more, but for a TX experience, this was fun.

Very small supermarket. Parking lot is not great. The do have decent prices. Customer service is good most of the time. This location is very old. They remodeled it not long ago, but it still is not great market. But if you need to buy groceries, you can get them here.
